I purchased a Carrera Impulse IS3 in 2024 from Halfords, Keighley. I also purchased many accessories as well as buying the e-bike care package for 3 years. I broke my impulse IS3 LED computer and also my front light when putting my bike in to my car boot. I subsequently took it to Keighley Halford for repair (number [protected]).
Communications has been very poor and I have finally been told that the parts are not available and you do not have a delivery date. This is quite a new model, I have had it for 2 years. I cannot understand how it can be obsolete in such a short period of time and is proving to be a waste of money. I would like the bike repairing asap or some form of exchange for a similar model that does have accessible spare parts.
Desired outcome: fix the bike now or exchange my bike for a model that has reliable spare parts and allow me to transfer all my accessories.
