My husband booked a dashcam fitting for Thursday 29th January 2026. He has been admitted to hospital and is seriously ill. I have been on the telephone to Halfords and they will not cancel the booking as they need to speak to the person who booked the fitting. My husband is now terminally ill and cannot speak to anyone. I cannot believe how heartless this company is. I have been on the phone with them for over ten minutes and they are insisting that my husband speak to them. He cannot speak to anyone. I am absolutely disgusted with their heartless attitude.
Desired outcome: To refund my husband's money! Halfords customer service is the most heartless people I have ever dealt with.
