Sorry this is long but you wanted details. I purchased the recommended12v stop/start battery(096AGM) with home installation service as the car would not start and I could not get jump leads to it. The battery cost £160 (although the website now says £140) & the fitting was £50. Installation slot selected was 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. 2 days later. On the elected day I waited in until at 16:49 only to be told that you weren't coming due to a breakdown of your van & that I would have to wait until Saturday. You offered me a 2 hr window which I accepted to avoid another wasted day. Not withstanding the inconvenience to myself & others reliant on me you have charged me £27.50 for the new slot, then shown a discount to reflect a10% discount against the original price =(£189). What you should be doing is selling the battery at the current price of £140, plus the £50 fitting, forget the new slot charge, and then giving the 10% discount = £171

Desired outcome: Refund via PayPal of £39. Being original battery+fitting of £210 - the drop in battery price (£20) + 10% discount (£19) for the inconvenience
