I have been trying to resolve a complaint for the past 2-3 weeks with no joy, when i call they advise all managers are in a meeting and then when they email you for a response, the email you send your reply to is not in use any more. This company left me with my wheel not tightened correctly and could have cost me and others there lives, they offered a full refund and my garage bill refunded and all they offered is £54.00 absolute joke. False promises and unable to contact to discuss proper compensation. I would avoid this company for car repairs, as they take no responsibility and there customer service is beyond a joke.

Recommendation: Avoid especially is you have a compaint
