I went into this HEB Saturday 10-26 saw there were some pumpkins with a sign by them for $3.88. When I went to check up they rang up $6.48, I questioned it and the lady cashing me out went and asked a gentleman who immediately removed the sign.
She then returned to me and stated he said it was for something else which did not indicate that on the sign and him removing it immediately raised red flags. I questioned her that I should get it for the price it was advertised and she got a GM I guess that it who she got and the person she got was not a very nice or understanding person. When you have a sign for one price that is the price that you need to sell it for. Anyway as I was leaving another lady had the same thing going on with her pumpkin and they actually honored the price shown on the sign. At that time I felt as tho I was being discriminated against for I am a white female not using a Lone Star Card. I work two jobs to support my household for I am not given any assistance, again I feel discriminated against for being a white female. Here is South Texas I am the minority.
