We shop at HEB regularly and have even given up Walmart due to conflicting business decisions. I am so very disappointed in HEB for pulling MY Pillow off the shelves. This was a political decision and it disgusts me. I will make it a priority to alert everyone I know about this decision. You are a Texas company! We don't do things the same in Texas!

H-E-B Political assault on conservatives

We are the silent majority and we are also the primary gear that makes capitalism work. We are dedicated to our president and we are already really really angry about the farcical election that he won. Now you're attacking my pillow? Really? You should have stayed the hell out of the whole damn mess. You jumped for the noisy little pissant minority and spit on the rest of us. You should have just stuck to retailing and left politics to politicians. I'm not ever stepping foot in any heb or affiliate again... Ever!
There are more of us than you think.

H-E-B Banning my pillow guy Mike Lindell

You are my favorite store! I am shocked that a Texas established store has banned My Pillow products. We all have to stand up for free speech whether it's over election fraud or other matters. Please don't stand up with people who want to stamp out our voice. I believe the majority of your customers feel this way. Please change your position on this, for I will not shop at your stores till you do.

Well I thought Texas, especially a store started in the Hill County, would never cower down to people trying to punish people expressing their political opinions. I wonder if this is just store property protection against cancel culture rioters ? I'm sorry you are not my store anymore. I like frontier fighters.

H-E-B Service

Come on HEB... Canceling My Pillow over someone's accusation about a highly disputed and competitive election.

The only way to stop the perpetuating cancel culture is to stand up and suggest that "though you did not agree with the CEO's comment, they provide a quality product that we supply."

That's all you need to do. Stand up for free speech and not make corporations the disciplinary arm against our rights.

My family in Houston have been shopping at HEB stores for over 30 years. Our store when I was a kid was a incredibly small store that was further away than Kroger's, but we liked the atmosphere and knew it was founded in TX.

Now, our store is in Pearland. Still further away than several other grocery stores, but we continue to support HEB, because Texans support Texans.

This decision was for other states, not for Texans.

H-E-B Perpetuating cancel culture

I have been a devout HEB shopper for 40 years. I was aways so impressed by the philanthropy given to our educators and military families from the wealth accumulated by our families. I was proud that my grocer and I shared values. I am utterly disgusted with HEB perpetuating the toxic cancel culture in America these days by removing My Pillows from your stores. So very disappointed and have already begun shopping elsewhere.

H-E-B The removal of MyPillow products

HEB has always been my FAVORITE store to shop. I have raised a family of 7, buying your products on a weekly basis, for over the last 30 years. After I heard you were removing Mike Lindell's products from your store, I want you to know I will now be shopping elsewhere. I will not support a store that bans products of conservative members of our society! Shame on HEB for taking that political stand! My children, their families, and most of my friends feel the same way! From now on, we will be shopping at Walmart or Brookshire's!

H-E-B Dropping My Pillow account

As a long time customer and proud Texan I and my family are appalled to learn that HEB has joined the WOKE party. A company that headquarters in San Antonio the home of the Alamo should know better than to attempt to silence someone just because you don't agree with them politically. Free Speech and other freedoms are at stake. You have lost all of our family as customers and I assure you we will tell all our friends.

H-E-B Cancel culture

So HEB has decided to join in and stop selling Mike Lindell's, My Pillow. It's a shame that a store in a red state would kowtow to the pressure of the cancel culture mob. Don't forget, at least half (if not more) of this country is Conservative. Let's hope by the time Obiden is out of office we still have a country that resembles America!

At any rate, a Texas favorite grocery store, you are NO MORE. I refuse to spend my hard-earned money in establishments that cater to the mob mentality and puts anarchy before America. You have just joined THE LIST.

H-E-B My Pillow

If you choose to punish free speech, you are an enemy of the Constitution, plain and simple. That is the most fundamental right we have and i assure you, an overwhelming majority of Texans oppose this type of violation against a person. Texans have rewarded you greatly, and your business has flourished, but we'll be looking to others to provide the products we get from you, wherever and whenever we can. What a foolish decision you have made.

H-E-B My pillow products

I have been a proud Texan who eagerly shopped at HEB, for much of my life. HEB'S response to fellow Texans during many of our state's disasters, has always been a source of pride for me. However, when it was announced that HEB would no longer carry My Pillow products because it disagreed with Mike Lindell's freedom of speech, I was beyond FLABERGASTED. Texas has a deep history of being the last bastion of liberty and freedom and this move by HEB is deplorable and unbelievable! Although the approximate $1000.00 I spend at HEB each month will probably not mean to much to this, obviously, totalitarian corporation, I will, nevertheless, take my shopping business to another competitor. HEB has greatly disappointed me- the fact they would even inject themselves into the political arenas and condoning this totalitarian behavior to limit and/or remove a civil liberty, is dystopian and unforgivable. I AM ASHAMED OF HEB and will be informing everyone I can, about this reprehensible stand HEB has taken against our unalienable right to free speech.

H-E-B MyPillow

Our family has shopped at and supported HEB and their Christian beliefs, practices and ethics for many decades. And we literally shop their almost daily. I am now so truly DISAPPOINTED in HEB dropping the MyPillow line of products just to bow down to the New Green Deal Mafia. Any lame excuse like the sales or ratings were low is below pitiful considering the sales are significantly increasing. I believe Florence and Howard Butt would also be sadly disappointed in their descendants' shameful attack on a true Christian American hero. Mike Lindell spent his own money to modify his American manufacturing plants to be able to make direly needed face masks for the protection of the American people when this Chinese virus was just beginning and our country was in critical need. Our family will not stoop to the commonly used and disgraceful actions of the New Green Deal Mafia, like the harassing and threatening of the suppliers of Mike Lindell, but we will take our grocery, pharmacy and gasoline business elsewhere. We will also continue to share our concerns and actions with family and friends as well as fellow Texans via social media. I am not one that has ever used this tactic, but the continued extortion of law-abiding citizens has gone too far.

H-E-B Decision to cancel Mike Lindell's products

I have just begun to shop with your company since you built a new store near my home. I will no longer be shopping at Kroger and considered using your company instead-that is, until I found out that you too cancelled Mike Lindell's products in an effort to stifle his political opinions, which you have no right to do. I am disgusted by your decision as well as those of other participating merchants. Too bad you made such a BAD DECISION; you almost gained a new customer, but I will be looking elsewhere.

H-E-B Cancellation of amy pillow products!!

I am extremely disappointed in HEB! I thought your company was beyond the political cancel culture mentality! Apparently you have join the movement and pulled Mike Lindell's My Pillow. Please don't say they weren't selling. The timing is too ironic to use that line. I absolutely love shopping at your store, but I guess that is over. I refuse to shop at stores that punish companies that don't stand for freedom of speech and right to support what whatever candidate they choose, and stand up for their Christian faith. I will spread the word, and I hope when you feel the loss of revenue, you will realize this was a mistake. We are in America where there is supposed to be free speech and religion. Until you decide to recognize this, you have lost my business!

Desired outcome: Reverse your position on Cancel Culture and respect everyone’s freedom of speech and religion!

H-E-B Discontinued product—My Pillow

I am so disappointed that HEB has discontinued selling My Pillow products, especially considering the reason that you have quit selling them. I have always thought of the HEB brand as being honest and pro-American. To buckle under the left's pressure to silence conservative Christian voices is so disappointing. HEB is the last business that I ever thought would do such a thing! I shop HEB once a week and my grocery bill is an average of $100 -$200 a trip. If this is not reversed, I will have no choice but to shop elsewhere and to encourage my friends and family to do the same!

Desired outcome: Sell groceries and stop playing politics!!!

I am voicing my displeasure with HEB stores for discontinuing selling MY PILLOW products. Please reverse this decision. I am sure you will be losing a lot of customers because of this.

H-E-B Heb - my pillow

What a disappointment to hear that HEB is no longer carrying MY PILLOW products. The reasons for doing so appear to be discriminating based on a business man's right to express his opinions.

I am going to practice my rights, which are to chose NOT to shop at HEB and I will be encouraging family and friends to do the same. I usually spend about $1000 a month at HEB.

H-E-B My Pillow

I am so very disappointed in HEB. I shop daily and sometimes twice daily and spend about $800 monthly at your store.
I am sadden to see that HEB has joined the ranks of marginalizing conservative. Your not stocking My Pillow was announced on Jan 19th with the excuse that it was not selling. The timing of this decision is very suspect with the recent discrimination of those with conservative values. If in fact it was only economical and you support conservative values I ask you to reconsider at this time in our history to make a statement.
If in fact it is HEB "jumping on the band wagon" to marginalize those with Christian and conservative values then I will not only have to spread the word of your decision but unfortunately stop shopping at your stores.

I look forward to hearing that you will reverses this decision to make a stand for those of us with Christian and conservative values.

H-E-B Policy concerning MyPillow

It has come to my attention that you have dropped business with MyPillow after Mike Lindell came forward about the 2020 Election fraud. Your action is a travesty and does not represent my values as a concerned American. I refuse to step into another HEB store until you reverse this decision and make a public apology. I will take my money elsewhere.

I cannot support a business that will punish someone for speaking up for their beliefs.

I REFUSE TO SEE OUR COUNTRY TURN INTO CHINA!

Please do the right thing.

I am letting my friends, family, and coworkers know about HEB's decision to join in the Cancel Culture which is patently UnAmerican. Notice how liberal activists and companies are given a platform to complain or use free speech but conservatives in this country are not? Me and money are going elsewhere. We have been faithful customers for 8+ years...

I’m done with HEB. If they are choosing to be political? I will now choose to not support them in anyway. No more of my money will support their pocket books. I hope you go bankrupt over these types of choices. Someday try being American where we all have the freedom of speech. Remember the bill of rights!

100%! While I live in NJ, I am reaching out to all of my friends and co-workers who live in TX and am asking them to STOP SUPPORTING HEB's! What they did was wrong! SO was BBB and Kohls! We need to keep politics out of our businesses!

H-E-B Very poor service

I placed a grocery order on January 17, 2021 to be delivered to my Parents in Seguin. There has been issues with their address in the online H.E.B. System which has caused MANY problems. Today, January 20, 2021 they finally received their order 45 minutes after the delivery person left the store. My Parents live on the same street that the H.E.B. Is located, a 6 minute drive. I have spoken to 12 or 13 people trying to work out the problem. Paige, at the home office said she would call the store manager to ask that a manager (not a third party delivery) Replace the cold items & deliver themselves. Most employees were nice but not helpful in any way. The last person I spoke with was MONIQUE. Kaliegh, in the Curbside department said she would have her Manager, Monique call me about the delivery. Monique called to tell me managers do not deliver groceries. She then proceeded to lecture me on the increase in Covid-19 cases in Seguin & the recent deaths in the area. I have no idea what that has to do with contactless delivery. Apparently only Favor can do contactless delivery. It is too dangerous for anyone else to deliver groceries to a porch in Seguin. She just wanted to brush me off by saying she will look into the address issue. I have already done that myself. The H.E.B. Google system is not updated/correct so it will not capture the correct address to direct the order to the proper store. Monique told me she was NOT a manager. I asked what her position was & she replied "I don't give out that information". I asked her for her last name & she replied " I don't give out that information". She spoke like she may be a teenager or a very young UNTRAINED employee.

My Parents are in their 70's My Mother has Alzheimer's & can't drive. My Dad is physically ill. I have been trying to work out all the kinks so they can get their prescriptions delivered. I am absolutely shocked & appalled by the lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE provided by H.E.B. I love H.E.B. It is the only large store I support. I convinced my die hard Walmart parents to support their local H.E.B. instead. H.E.B. is a complete disappointment. They need more competition.
