I cancelled my membership. I went in and gave one month's notice, paid everything up to date and the receptionist filled in a form.
She never gave me any copies (maybe my bad), however, I did fill in a form and it must be with them.
They then cancelled my membership (or so I thought), 2 or 3 months later they start harrasing me, saying I owe money.
I sent e-mails, and whatsApps.
I was then to a point where again, this yer in February, I wentt into the branch again, cancelling. They filled the forms in again...and again everything was logged and she said it was cancelled.
Now, again a few months after, we are repeating the same thing.
The more I say I cancelled, filled in the forms, etc, the more they ask for proof.
The proof is I cancelled, I filled in the forms that are with you in the offices, that she scanned in and did a call log. Now you want me to do what?
Money went off from my account, which is fraud, as I did not give ANY PERMISSION AT ALL, for you to take money from me.
I need this sorted now.
When I e-mail, they NEVER contact back.
When I phoen, they NEVER phone back.
It is a continuous up and down now.
I am done, this IS UNACCEPTABLE. I have never worked with incompency like this in my life.
I also looked up, there are sooooo many people complaining about the same thing.
