Desired outcome: Have him banned
I have an email from Gumtree - from George Cefai from Northern Territory (Australia). He says he will purchase an item from me, and then has asked to move to email rather than stay on Gumtree. Would not speak on phone, as he says reception is weak in his area. Seems like a fraud to me.

I received a message from him too
Says I have a PayPal incoming from him but I need to buy 3 x iTunes vouchers to pay for freight and that he is reimbursing me by paying me the 300 bucks extra
Very likely fraud?
Yes definitely fraud. He kept asking me to send him my bank account details after I told him he only needed my email address to pay me via PayPal. Don’t sell to him!
