Grubhub app on my pc did not allow me to complete my order & gave me a message to go back to heir home page. I did to & had to start from scratch to reorder. It completed this 2nd time & I received one confirmation email from grubhub. When my order was delivered, my order was duplicated and an extra drink added to one bag. Grubhub refuses to take responsibility for their bad app & will not refund anything for the dupe order! Theft!

Claimed loss: $20.26
