The first time I found out and encounter. It is about substitute of the food. I ordered Mcdonald and included 3 coke cola drink, but the shopper mentioned in message has no coke if I like to have other she/he suggested but I missed the message. Later on when I received the order, she/he had some other drinks I do not wanted or liked at that time. I do not think she/he should do that, she/he should simply let the order with no coke. That will make us more happy. But no, she/he added on some other drinks. So I call help and tried to refund and make an effort to tell the grubhub staff of it and get the refund of the drinks that is around $10. But when I submitted this incident, the system replied with issue refund. (with no choice or explain of the refund about) Now is over 6 days no refund was issued to my bank and they kept on sending male staff talking and issuing email and talked a whole page of something doesn't belong to me. I SIMPLY LOOK FOR A REFUND RECEIPT THAT IS ALL. This is driving me crazy, I am not even the owner of grubhub or director or staff at the company, why I have to hear all and see all this rude words.
I am a 58 years old married with 2 daughter lady. And I am very sophisticated. And I am with grubhub over years. This refund is the most indecent one. Caused me time, caused me money, ruined my party and received a lot of bad attitude of a worker from grubhub.

Do not like it. I preferred a female staff for delivery company especially for grubhub. May be the portal of Grubhub need update of computer system. And not cheerful worker leave customer alone. =[
I hope they change if not it is like a talking point of CRIMINAL act. I simply just wanted my refund receipt with what is going on on my purchase that is it. =] :-)
This happened between the month of May, 2025. The employee is a cheater and liar, you can not talk with him at all, and he change the word what ever he wanted and confirm with you. This is tampering. Or he is deaf or hearing problem. And I believe he is an ID stealer. And the victim is me and my family. And that is how he got his job that is what I think. He talks hilariously and force you to be with him and this and that. I meant what is going on, don't you know people older can speak like that when they naturally turn over 50 years of age. What that man doing is strange. You asked for apologize and he is ask for you be his loved one and he get you benefit from the employer. THIS IS SICK. I mean I am the customer, you employer needed me and service me before I paid for it. And I do not like people is lying or incompetent on his job and prefer he is more customer oriented.
