Such a SCAM! On Jan 4, 2024 I signed up for Growin Estate real estate lead service for $599USD. The agreement was that if I did not receive leads in the first 30 days I would get a refund. I did not and I asked for a refund but they refused to give me one. I fought with them and then they agreed but went back on their promise and asked me to give them a chance to get me leads. I got send a couple leads (where the people said they did NOT ask for a call) and then nothing for months. I even have it in writing that if they can not produce the leads I would get a refund but they keep refusing. Now when I ask them they say, oh, your contract has expired. They are such a scam company and do not deliver what they promise, nor do they adhere to their own refund policy!
