Mark-Taylor Lack of integrity and respect for current residents

I just completed a full year living at Waterside and feel obligated to STRONGLY warn prospective residents. This ownership company absolutely prioritizes revenue over integrity and fairness toward the people who live here. Mark-Taylor Small children allow to play in the gym and on the equipment

I live at the Aviva complex in Goodyear AZ. The gym has become a playground for small children as young as 3-years old. Yes, they are accompanied by their parents. I have witnessed a parent putting their very small child on a treadmill leaving them unattended while the equipment is running, not a good idea. This is a huge safety concern. Also, these...
