Warning... Realtors beware of growin estate!
Warning! Growin estate is by far the worst company out there for realtors to get involved with. To receive buyer/seller leads. I have been in the business for 16 years and am not easily fooled by companies that promise leads. Unfortunately, this salesperson convinced me that they were different and that they work hard to only give agents the very best leads, after all they get a 20% referral fee when the home closes. He said they scrub the leads to make certain they don't waste realtors time. He also said he lived in the us (another lie). He was calling from a us number so I believed him (silly me) he was so nice, patient and extremely helpful that I even gave him a raving review... After that is when the nightmare began. They make you sign a contract but assure you that they will refund your money in full if you are not happy with their service or the leads. They took $599.00 of my money promising 4-5 good leads a month, and that I was to be the exclusive realtor in the zip-codes I wanted. They said they scrub the leads making sure they are good before they send them over to you and guarantee to be only the areas that you service. Lie, lie, lie. I only received 2 leads and they were both bogus leads. One guy I called said that never heard from them and was living in a retirement facility. He didn't even have a home to sell or wasn't looking for a home to buy (obviously) the other so called lead was in a price that was impossible to find, and in an area that I have never heard of let alone work. After those two bogus leads I knew this company wasn't legit. I asked for my money back multiple times. Sent them 5 emails, called leaving messages. And I have not heard back. I'm sure I never will. Please be warned about this company... Do not let them scam you too!

Yes, I filed a dispute with my credit card company, Unfortunately they debated my dispute, I received a letter in the mail saying it was still under investigation. Growin Estates is a horrible company, but worse they are Scam artists going after Realtors money...no telling how much they have stolen. They did NOTHING but take $599.00 of my money, promise 5-7 scrubbed leads a month..I have only received 3 bogus leads since May. None of these leads were legit. To make matters worse they are able to get trust pilot to remove the bad reviews on this site and the 5 star reviews they have are FAKE. Growin Estates is DISGUSTING!
