Buying a car and bring it home need work done two days later.
I traded in my 2017 Kia sorento for 2018 Nissan Pathfinder. I took it home on 12/12/23 and two days later went to my local Nissan dealership to have it inspected. Purchased new Jeep Compass has service lights.Three months,3000 Mile Warranty.No one has answered are questions.Take here or there.Do we pay it to be reimbursed.Do they have a account.No one knows.This not a way to conduct business.They sure worked hard to help us.I thank them for that.But then they locked doors.What a way to reel you in.And then to say ha ha we got you.Put it out there, find another dealer, maybe they will unlock they doors.

On June 18th I traded in my fully paid off 2018 Chrysler 300 for $16,000 plus $2,000 cash to Grote Automotive for a 2016 Lexus ES 350. After taking it home and driving it in the 18th, I noticed the brakes were grinding and the front passenger door would not lock. I addressed these issues with the company via phone the same day. I was advised to drop the car back off to them on Wednesday June 23rd so they can fix it. I ended up dropping the car off Tuesday June 22nd at night so they would have it first thing in the morning. Wednesday morning June 23rd I was texted at 11:32am stating my car was ready and fixed. However when I pick it up, it was not fixed. Neither issue. I told them I was leaving the car again. They kept pushing my car back and not fixing it until I said I wanted a refund and I wanted my car back and a refund. They refused. I had to call the police to get my keys to the new car back. They have been rude and unprofessional. I want my $2000 back and my original car.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
