[Resolved] GroopDealznon-payment

I sold through Groopdealz and hadn't gotten paid since April 2018 - over a year. After numerous attempts to contact them and being given the runaround, I filed a complaint on here and the BBB. They finally batched payment, but only paid me partially. I want to be paid in full the remaining balance they owe me so I can be done with this fraudulent company once and for all. At this point, if I don't receive the rest of my money then I will be reporting them to the Utah Division of Consumer Protection, as well as reporting them to local news outlets.

  • Resolution Statement

    Customer Service has done everything in their power to resolve the complaint. All attempts to contact the customer have failed. Therefore, the complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and its services are concerned.
