Great Wolf Lodge review: Need to cancel reservation

I made a reservation on Feb. 6, 2026 for a family vacation at the La Grange, GA location for June 4-7, 2026 with our children and grandchildren. Reservation#: CMK4 and made a deposit of $735.74. Unfortunately we learned on Feb. 13, 2026 that I need to cancel reservation (or maybe change my dates). When I tried to make the change on their website, I get the message that I must call to do so, cannot do online. I attempt to call to do so. 8 separate calls (more that 20+ minutes in duration) over two days, and I still CANNOT get a live person on the phone to cancel/change. At this point I am so frustrated I do not even want to try and change my dates. I simply want my deposit refunded. I understand that there would be a $50 cancellation fee (as it's within 8 days of my stay...actually 109 days). That being said, a refund of $685.74. However, no one ever answers the phone. Not any of the three phone numbers I've been able to find on their website.
