Great Expressions Dental Centers - unprofessional

Where do I begin. No one at the Douglasville Highway 5 location informed us Dr. Rogers had left and we started my son's braces with her. We came monthly for his tightenings as the Fountain Oaks office sent us here. The Fountain Oaks location also had the revolving door syndrome of doctors leabing at a hire rate, finally they closed that location leaving customers frantically trying to find other doctors. Dr. Scales starts speaking to me about pulling teeth, never bothers to introduce herself. Now my son just had oral surgery Monday, no one bothers to tell us when his follow up is taking place. I hace lef messages for two days and its now the weekend, no one has called me back. Horribleible and unacceptable. Very poor customer service and unprofessional. The surgeon, Dr. Waksor performed the surgery and went on to his next thing, not even a conversation was had with us. He had his tech sayba few things..."make sure to get prescription filled, etc. but again nothing abour a follow-up. I am so disgusted.

Dental Services Great Expressions Dental Centers - Douglasville Highway 5

I had to re-write this as sight kept covering up info and I was unable to correct it at that time.

Where do I begin. No one at the Douglasville Highway 5 location informed us Dr. Rogers had left and we started my son's braces with her. While we went monthly for the tightening, no one mentioned that the teeth were not shaping correctly. Again the entire time no said a thing. We came monthly for his tightenings as the Fountain Oaks office sent us here. The Fountain Oaks location also had the revolving door syndrome of doctors leaving at a high rates, finally they closed that location leaving customers frantically trying to find other doctors. Then decided to open it again...unbelievable. Dr. Scales starts speaking to me about pulling teeth, never bothers to introduce herself. She talks about giving us the option to stop treatment (EVEN THOUGH THE TEETH WERE NOT AS THEY SHOULD BE)... unbelievable, or we could continue and it would cost us more. Really?! As far as I was concerned, the braces had been in for over a year, we have and had been doing everything ( brushing, flossing, monthly visits ...) and her response was utterly stupid. Instead of coming up with an actual solution she says this? Then talks about pulling 8 teeth ( again, never introduces herself). I had to stop her and ask..." who are you and where is Dr. Rogers?" Her mannerism is a bit condescending as the way she delivers information is a bit lacking bedside mannerism.

Now my son just had oral surgery Monday, no one bothers to tell us when his follow up is taking place. I have left messages for two days and its now the weekend, no one has called me back. Well the secretary did to let me know she gave Dr. Waksor's coordinator the message, she still has not called me back. Also telling a patient that "they do these surgeries all the time and it's not that big a deal"(I was told this be three different people) - is insensitive, unprofessional and rude. YOU may do this all the time, but what does that have to do with a patient's personal conern about their health and well- being? Horribleible and unacceptable. Very poor customer service, unprofessional and unbecoming of a practice. The surgeon, Dr. Waksor performed the surgery and went on to his next thing, not even a conversation was had with us. He had his tech say a few things..."make sure to get prescription filled, rinse with salt water, etc. but again nothing abour a follow-up. I am so disgusted. They made sure they got their payment though.
