Atlantis Dental was a bad dentist! Their service was not good enough! They even asked me to write a good review for them!

Don't work or go to Atlantis Dental. They always do sales training. It's all about making money! Dr *** is mean to new employees who they hire and fire all the time. It's like she's making money from it. They use bad words. It's a scam for employees and patients. I feel bad for the other doctors who just want to work with patients. Dr *** is not professional. Again, sales training! They try to make you get services you don't need. Check out employee reviews too. There are many. It's a terrible place to work. They have no morals. They shamefully take advantage of people who want to work and then fire them for no reason. SCAM!

This place is terrible! They keep bothering you with texts and calls to become a patient (so annoying). I paid 4K upfront and had to wait 2 months for my trays. They didn't even bother to update me or call me or text me. Now, I have to wait another 2 months for additional trays because my teeth aren't corrected yet (the doctor thought 3 months was enough). They aren't even returning my calls. The doctor is so rude. I had to tell her off nicely! She wanted me to remove my trays without washing my hands. She's always in a rush. She lied and said my gums were infected just to do a two-minute cleaning. When I went back to my REAL dentist, she told me my gums were completely healthy. Everyone there is scared of her (not me) because who can afford to lose their job? Overall, DO NOT GO THERE. It's the worst investment ever! I want my money back!

so i went to atlantis dental and got some work done. they charged me too much and now they won't give me my money back. i tried talking to them but they just keep giving me the runaround. it's really frustrating and i don't know what to do. i wouldn't recommend going here if you don't want to deal with this kind of hassle.

I had a tooth problem and didn't know much about my insurance, so I went to Atlantis Dental. I drove for an hour and had a meeting, thinking it was covered by my plan. They took some pictures and wouldn't let me go until I made an appointment. The meeting was on Feb 25, 2020, and my appointment was scheduled for 10 am on March 3. I called on Feb 27 to cancel because I found out my insurance only covered certain dentists. They told me to get a loan for the surgery, and I was upset and crying. I feel like they took advantage of me. On Monday, they called me to confirm the appointment, even though I had canceled it. They said I would have to pay a late fee because I didn't give them 48 hours' notice. I tried to talk to the office manager about paying for the meeting and pictures, but they said no.

I used to go to Atlantis Dental until March when I switched to a different dental office. The new place is way better. Atlantis Dental lied to me from the beginning. They said they were in network with my insurance company, but after my appointment, they said they weren't. Then they tried to convince me that no dental office offers discounted rates with insurance companies. That's not true because my new place does. When I was a patient at Atlantis Dental, I signed up for a promotion, but when I left, I asked them to stop contacting me. They keep calling and texting me even though I told them to stop. Today they said they can't stop because I owe them $80, but they didn't explain why.

I was lookin' for a new dentist and called up Atlantis Dental. I made an appointment but had to cancel it. Ever since then, they been blowin' up my phone and sendin' me a bunch of mail that I never asked for. Other dentists I called didn't do this, so I'm complainin' to the ComplaintsBoard.com. They gotta respect people's privacy and not be so pushy. I changed my number 'cause of all the calls and they still won't leave me alone with the mail. It's too much, man.
