Grandview at Las Vegas Time share

We were looking for discounted tickets for shows while we were visiting Vegas. We were given tickets and a gift card upon completing the timeshare presentation. We attended and were asked if we were interested, and at first, we said no. Then another person was brought over. They discounted the overall price and told us we could stay at different places, never paying more than 349 for a week's stay, and it has unlimited use. I thought there was a chance for my family to travel. When trying to book a vacation, I am told I don't have any trade points and that it would cost me upwards of 800 dollars a week to stay in the chosen locations. When I tried to get additional information from the seller who said we could contact her with any questions. She did not return calls or texts. I don't see my family being able to use it. The rental amounts are too high. Now I am worried about what else they lied about. The maintenance fees will become too much to afford after being told they won't increase. We have contacted the timeshare multiple times only to be told there isn’t anything they can do, and they ask us to use our ownership. We want to cancel this and get our money back. We should not have to deal with this to take a vacation.

Grandview at Las Vegas I was told that I couldnt rent out my rental this year because no one is going to vegas

I was told that I couldnt rent out my rental this year because no one is going to vegas. Well thats a bunch of crap. I live on 1,000 a month the maintencae fee is over 800 a year. If they are not renting proplerty out why do I have to pay a maintenace fee? I cannot afford this without renting the unit out. can you help? Account_Number:

Grandview at Las Vegas Attempted to contact with no answer regarding returning ownership

Attempted to contact with no answer regarding returning ownership. We purchased the resort in 2014, we have been affected by COVID-19, and recent loss of job, we have attempted to contact them and leave messages with no success. My main goal is to give the resort back or do something as we haven't used it all these years and trying to keep up with maintenance fee for a service we haven't used is not an option at this time, I feel ignored and cheated by this company!

Grandview at Las Vegas No answers, not able to speak to apply for Deed back paperwork

No answers, not able to speak to apply for Deed back paperwork. On hold no answers.Disconnects . The issue started after trying to call and discuss our current job loss. No answer then placed on hold, to be disconnected on their end after being on hold for 39 minutes, Sent an email also to grand view finance regarding matter , no email or call. Urgently we wanted to get paperwork for Deed back paperwork. The mortgage is in good standing but the 600 dlrs is needed to pay rent. We would like to return time share and release us from time share.
