OMG ! Timeshare Legal is EXCEPTIONAL ! They took the time to explain everything and how the program works and what are the goals. The team from Timeshare Legal kept me informed through phone calls, emails and texts. I was never in the dark of what was going on and what progress was getting done. Timeshare Legal took care of TWO timeshares and both came out with the goal in mind. Timeshare Legal saved me several thousands of dollars. At first I was so leery but working with Timeshare Legal and the team, I will go to them with any other timeshare needs in the future (but, I won't be buying into any more timeshares). They are NOT scammers, Timeshare Legal and the team are the REAL DEAL !

I called Timeshare Legal after going to a few meetings where they offered your lunch to hear their presentations about how to get rid of timeshares. They were very expensive and did not offer any guarantees. Timeshare Legal had me send them paperwork about the timeshare and they called back and give me a reasonable price to cancel my timeshare. I sent my money in, got a few phone calls with questions and they went to work. I would receive intermitent emails about the progress and then in about 3-4 months I got notification that my time share was cancelled, which was followed up with documents verifying that from the timeshare. I was very pleased with the service.

As we started this journey there were high hopes of a quick turnaround with positive results. As it turned out, the pandemic contributed to a longer process than desired. As a result, we ended with a positive outcome. We had several representatives during this process. Each person was very professional and knowledgeable. For the most part, we were kept informed of the process and made aware of the changes occurring with our account. I would definitely recommend Timeshare Legal to others and ask anyone seeking this type of assistance to have patience as the process is not always quick and easy. We had a great experience with Timeshare Legal, I would recommend them to anyone looking to get rid of your timeshare. We felt trapped in our timeshare, tried to talk to them about a way to get out of it, with no luck. We finally contacted Timeshare Legal and they were great, very professional and went over everything on what we could expect during the process, once we agreed to move forward, the process was so simple, Timeshare Legal did all the work, and kept us constantly in the loop as to what was going on and where we stood. Next thing you know, we were out of our timeshare and felt so relieved and happy. Never again will we purchase a time share, lesson learned, but thankful we had Timeshare Legal to help us.

Calling Timeshare Legal for help was the best decision we made. They explained the process of how to cancel the timeshare with Bluegreen and walked us thru the process step by step. They help us navigate around all of the road block and steered us to the correct path. They help us with all of the paper works and advised us on all case scenarios on how to eliminate our timeshare. The team that helped us was first class in customer preparedness and they were so friendly and supportive. I wasn't sure I had any case at all until I spoke to Timeshare Legal. I was fed up with being caught in deceptive presentations and I allowed them to talk me into things I shouldn't have. I used my timeshare several times, but it was nothing of great value to me. It was happenchance that I received a phone call and found out about Timeshare Legal. We answered their phone call and got to talking about it and found out we can get ours cancelled. Timeshare Legal staff was very nice and told me what was possible. We gave them all the information and documents that we had to help put the case together. Everyone was very professional and very nice. We were very relieved when the timeshare was finally cancelled. We were very glad to get out of the financial situation we were in. I would recommend them to anyone looking to cancel, they did an excellent job.

Weve been trying to get out of our timeshare which we were tricked into buying. Other companies that we contacted stated that they could help us but we would probably still be responsible to for paying maintenance fee. How and why would anyone pay maintenance fee for a property that is no longer yours to use. We took a chance with Timeshare Legal and were very pleased that they were able to cancel our entire contract with that company. Granted that it took a little longer than they initially promised due to the Pandemic but its done and a financial burden has been lifted off our shoulders. Everyone in the company that we worked with was very courteous and knowledgeable. They kept us updated on the process and always respond to our communications whether by email or phone. Although I was at first very skeptical about a company that would get me out of the timeshare contract, Timeshare Legal was very professional and kept me in the loop throughout the process. From the very first interview when the company came to my house, they were very thorough about getting the information from me and basically told me it could take a while but hopefully would be resolved within a year. I did just get my resolution from my timeshare and my contract has been closed out. My credit rating was not affected. John Paris was in constant touch with me and making sure I knew what was going on with the process. I was thrilled to get out of the contract with my timeshare company because I was not getting the product that I've been promised. My many thanks to Timeshare Legal and John Paris for successfully getting me out of that contract without harmful legal or credit repercussions. I would highly advise anyone in my situation to use them.

Time share legal is the best company I have ever worked with. I ran into some medical problems and they put off my payments for a couple of months while I recovered. During the time that I was out of commisssion they were kind enough to call and check on my well-being. They even asked if I needed to extend my payment so I had more time to heal. I did not need the time but appreciated their concern. When our contact, Stacy, left they called and introduced a new contact to us. They continued to be on top of things and stayed in communications with me. We were ecstatic to see Stacy come back to the firm. She called us and let us know that she was back and asked if there was anything that we needed. Again, I want to reiterate that this is the best company to go with for your relief of Time Shares. We are Time Share free and no longer have to pay the exorbitant maintenance fees and monthly payment fees. I would recommend Time Share Legal to anyone who wants an excellent company

Timeshare Legal has been wonderful to work with. I had been trying different things to try and get rid of this timeshare. I talked to several other companies, but settled with Timeshare Legal. They have done everything that they said they were going to do. Getting out of a timeshare isn't easy job, I tried it on my own first, that went nowhere. I paid someone $250 to tell me how to do that. I sent letters to all these place, even the previous company I purchased the timeshare from, they never even got back in touch with me. This doesn't work. I understand that nothing happens overnight and it's a long process, but you have to trust the process. They are still working on getting something off of one of my credit reports, other two clear, this was a major step because I didn't think that they would be able to do it, especially since I had tried to do it myself first. Timeshare Legal has given me back the confidence that I will own my home soon and able to move on with my life after this disaster timeshare that I was stuck in. "

Before hiring Timeshare Legal, I had a breast cancer scare and my husband sustained a spinal cord injury in an accident, ending up as a quadriplegic. We tried and tried to get the previous timeshare company to negotiate with us, to help us get out of our timeshare since we obviously couldn't use it. Their response was that they couldn't do anything about it and they recommended we sell it ourselves. We even tried offering them to just take it back, we would just let the property go, but they wouldn't agree. Timeshare Legal contacted us at the right moment. The reviews I read were good and the ComplaintsBoard.com reports were good. I had a good experience with them. It was efficient and thorough, the office checked in with me frequently to update me or just to make sure things were moving along. They guided me gently through the entire process. I feel that if you do your homework and are satisfied that Timeshare Legal is the right company for you, you should trust them and be patient. Follow their guidelines and things ought to work out alright for you. They certainly did for us!

We were beyond dissatisfied with Timeshare Legal and how they mislead you in believing that you will be able to use the system as they describe when they initially sign you up. Then you discover that to be able to use the timeshare how you want that you have to buy more points and then that causes your annual maintenance fees to increase and even then it still isn't enough, you are told that the last person didn't put you on the right points plan, so you need to upgrade again, it's just a scam and although we loved the resorts we did stay in, in the end it was too much stress to be worried about how we would be able to plan our family vacations to ensure we would have the rooms we thought we had enough points for in the location we want and for the time of year we wanted. We tried selling back our points and/or refinancing with them, but they said we were outside of their window to do that and we were stuck with what we had. That's when we found TimeShare Legal and they were able to help us successfully terminate our arrangement with Timeshare Vacation Resorts and relieve us from the never ending fee increases. It took a little work on our part and collaborating with TimeShare Legal to make this happen, but it finally did.

We were VIP members with a timeshare company with a lot of points. Our finances were getting out of hand. We knew we couldn't afford the timeshare in the future with the increasing fees. We had taken most of our property and put it into Hawaii, because we were told there's no taxes. Then they talked us into changing out of Hawaii to reduce our maintenance fees. They told us they'd rent out our place, but when we called, we found that is not the way that went. We had to find someone to rent it! We didn't know we had to make a reservation and if it didn't rent then we'd be at a loss for those points. Timeshare Legal reached out to us and the people we talked to at Timeshare Legal were very nice and answered every question we could've had. We can't remember for sure how we found out about them, but we're sure they called and we looked into them. Finally, a representative came in person to meet us and worked out everything we needed to do. Everything was really great and the people we spoke to were always nice. We would recommend this company, we felt sad leaving our timeshare, but we are glad that we did. It was getting ridiculous with the prices. Until the last 4-5 years it was good, but the untruths pushed us away. We are so glad we are out of it.

Timeshare Legal LLC was supposed to assist us in getting out of our timeshare. However, it has been three years now and for the past six months, they have not been in contact with us. They do not respond to emails or answer phone calls, and they have not provided any call backs. We paid them $15,000 to help us exit the timeshare, but they have not fulfilled their obligations. It seems like they have changed their phone number and are not responding. They are located in New Jersey. If you can, please help me. My phone number is [phone number]. If you need more information, please let me know. They were supposed to get us out within two years, but it has been three years now. We would like a refund, as promised. I have a packet of files that I signed for them, and this was recorded by them.

In January , we agreed to pay them for assistance in getting out of our Timeshare Legal Club Vacations timeshare. Since March, after they started working on our case, they never reach out to us with updates or just in general communication. We have had to make all the attempts. When we do reach out to them, it takes them forever to respond. The last time we reached out to them for an update was September 11. Since that date, there has been no response to our emails. They are not following through with what they said they would do. Prior to that was us reaching out on July 13, and again on August 7. The last communication that was sent on October 12 as a follow up from an email on October 2 & October 7.

In March just prior to the pandemic, my partner and I began a timeshare relief program with Timeshare Legal. We were told it generally can take up to 9 months but given the pandemic we were asked to be patient - which we have been. A year and 2 months later still nothing has come to pass and we have paid them every month except May ! Now I cannot get ahold of any representatives! I have been trying for 3 weeks leaving voicemails and emailing a couple of addresses to no avail! We are trying to do a refi on our mortgage and have hit a snag because we have an outstanding balance that Timeshare Legal resorts has begun to report! We are at a loss with Timeshare Legal and don't know what to do! Please help! SORRY I COULDN'T REMOVE THE QUAVER FILE I UPLOADED BY MISTAKE!

We became clients of Timeshare Legal to help us eliminate our Timeshare ownership. It has been more than 2 years since the process began and their has been no satisfactory resolution. Our timeshare company has refused our requests. For the past 3 months when I have contacted the company they have assured me that our case was a top concern and that I needed to trust the process. They have not shared with me through email or by phone what, if any, steps we should take at this point. I have requested that if they cannot rid me of this timeshare that they reemburse me all of the money that we have paid them for their services. I have tried patiently for the past 2 months (due to Covid) to communicate with them to resolve our issues and the employees do not return my call.

We were contacted by Timeshare Legal in the summer of 2019 to end our contract with Timeshare Resorts, ( ComplaintsBoard.com case number *** ). We paid $338.00 for 18 months plus their Tradeblock program for an additional $500 to protect our credit during this process. We have always been able to contact Timeshare Legal at any time while we paid the contract to them. The contract to Timeshare Legal was paid in full this year, the promise of Timeshare Resorts contract plus possible money back from Timeshare Resorts was not fulfilled and our credit is greatly affected by Timeshare Legal. We have paid approximately $6,600 to Timeshare Legal with no resolution. Now we have no way of contacting them. Every number and extension goes to Ron T , whoever this is. We have left numerous messages and no call backs. We need resolution immediately before we lose more than the money these frauds stole from us and ruined our credit.

In January, I hired Timeshare Legal, at great expense, to cancel my timeshare agreement with *** Resorts. Twice now, I have tried to get information from the company, and twice my requests have been ignored. The first time, a fellow named Neil F got in touch with me to smooth things over, but he gave me very little information. Now, I am simply asking for the status of my application with ***, and all I get from Timeshare Legal and Neil F is crickets. I want to know what these people are actually doing for me for the money I paid them. I had to write an original request which someone there edited, and subsequently I have written another letter to ***. I have seen nothing more produced by Timeshare Legal, and now *** has sent me to collections because my payments are in arrears. Timeshare Legal supposedly handed me off to someone at a credit repair agency called ***, but that company does not appear to have done anything to support me since June this year, and the reason they used to dispute the charges against my credit reports is as follows: The following account is not mine. Since I most certainly do have outstanding debt with *** Resorts, that reason for disputing the collections actions reported to the credit reporting agencies is basically a lie. All I want from Timeshare Legal is a straight answer from someone there who actually has enough knowledge of the law and the company's processes to give me an accurate and honest assessment of my "request." I know that *** handed me a very good piece of ammunition to use against the company because the assessor from Timeshare Legal with whom I first spoke alerted me to that ammo; and then, I ran it past a contract attorney I know. So, Timeshare Legal has a relatively easy case to make on my behalf, yet I have been waiting for some positive news for over 9 months now.

Bottom line upfront... This company is more focused on making money for themselves, than helping clients liquidate their timeshares. Simply put, if they don't feel like they can make enough money from helping you, then they just IGNORE your calls and messages from that point on. Someone contacted me in July; this was a random, telemarketing cold-call. I didn't seek them out but they obviously got my number off a list. Of course he told me about the business and how they could help liquidate my timeshare; he rambled on about recurring fees and interest fees that I'm paying. I asked about their fees, he wouldn't go into detail, but told me it depends. He told me to get the specific details about my timeshare (remaining costs, location, recurring fees) and call him back and he would tell me how to proceed. I got the information and called him back a few days later. We went over my details (as I was mentioning money), I noticed his tone change and he seemed to be hesitating as I asked questions. He said you should just pay that off. Again I mentioned how I would be saving in interest an maintenance fees, and I wanted to terminate this. I asked again about their fees, and he didn't give an answer. He said he would have someone from Accounting call me. After this conversation, I never heard from him or an Accountant again! Over the next 2 weeks I called and left several voice messages, including his name, but was never acknowledged and he never returned my calls (even though prior he DID return my calls). I felt they owed me a good explanation for why they didn't want my case, was all I wanted to know. To ignore a customer is krappy customer service; even if you just say we can't help you! That should be MY decision, if it's advantageous to me, and NOT just their decision because they can't make enough money off my case. After that time I went to their website and entered an inquiry about how they can help me, again, it was ignored.
