I was in despaired when I realized that I couldn't use my timeshare during the summer at our Texas beach. And if I went to a different beach I would have to pay like I'd I was staying at a hotel. Not fair! So I talked to someone in X-Timeshares and sign up to get myself out of the contract. They were so good because they did it within a year and I never got a call from the timeshare in Florida. X- Timeshare are good at their word and I didn't have any problems. I would refer them to my family and friends! Thank You X-Timeshare!

X-Timeshares and Transfer really helped me get out of our timeshare. They took the time to talk with me about my experiences with the timeshare company and followed through with their commitment to help me. Within 6 months time, I was able to get out of my timeshare contract and obligations. The account representatives for X-Timeshares and Transfer kept me up to date monthly to let me know how things were going. At first I was nervous because we were trusting them across the country to do what was right, but they absolutely did, and they were very kind and helpful in the process. I HIGHLY recommend this company! I'm finally free from my timeshare!

If I could give 10 stars to X-Timeshares, I would. I tried 2 other options before them, and both failed miserably. Selling my timeshare didn't happen. The entire process with X-Timeshares was seamless, and 100% effective. I worked primarily with Kendall, and she was absolutely amazing. They got me out of my timeshare with the evil, manipulative salespeople, and I stopped making payments immediately. If you're on the fence for what to do to get out of a timeshare, DO NOT look past this company. It's been one of the best decisions of my life! Bonus, they help you alleviate your credit situation at the end of the journey. What an experience!

I was hesitant at first, as most of these "Get out of timeshare" companies, can either be costly and/or pointless. However, working with Kevin C and the entire X-Timeshares team really ensured me that my family and I's well being and removing us from our current timeshare, is their number one concern! Kevin continues to walk me through each step of the process, answering each of my questions, while having the patience the entire time. I am very pleased with the quality of service that Kevin and X-Timeshares have provided and would recommend them to any/all of my family and friends that are stuck in a time share/trying to get out. We'd been told by others in the field that our timeshare company was more difficult to deal with, and in fact one company told us up front that it wasn't on their list to work on at the time. XTimeshares took it on, gave us fee installments, and continued to send us updates, though they warned us it could take a year and a half or more. We've just been told to consider our contract cancelled and to stop our maintenance fee payments--and we still have one fee installment left for their services! It's an early Christmas present to finally be finished with this millstone around our necks, and XTimeshares deserves all the credit. Thanks for your help!

Sadly, by the time you get over the shock that your timeshare was not what it was advertised to be you need help! The whole experience left me wondering if I was getting into another 'situation' where my money would be wasted.X-Timeshares staff was always on the ball and took the time to be certain I was comfortable in contracting their help. I can say that I would have no problem recommending their assistance to anyone. Although they gave me scenarios where the outcome might take a long time I was out of my loan and title within a few weeks. For those of you that are still wondering what to do- speak to the experts and feel confident that you are in expert hands!

XTimeshares is simply wonderful. My wife unexpectedly passed away in 2019 before we could use our timeshare. Then, the Covid19 pandemic hit and further restricted me from using the timeshare. Although Bluegreen was a wonderful points timeshare, it was something my late wife wanted to enjoy together. When she passed away, I was not able to use this wonderful timeshare, I was devastated. I really wanted to keep the timeshare, but it would not have been the same without my wife. I am now a widower, 77 years old, and unable to use a timeshare. Again, thanks to all the folks at XTimeshare, particularly John Smith and the whole gang. You are the best! Major kudos to XTimeshare for their understanding and support during this difficult time.

I contacted X-TIMESHARES to get out of my unwanted timeshare and from the moment I spoke with Amber L, I felt very comfortable with the company. Amber actually spoke to me like a friend instead of just some customer on the phone. After I reviewed the company, I moved forward with my cancellation. Amber explained everything to me clearly and answered all my question directly and with no nonsense. I had spoken to other companies but I felt like I was dealing with the timeshare folks who sold me the timeshare. I was then put in touch with another rep, Fanni R who too was amazing. I have had the Cease and Desist letter sent to the timeshare company and now awaiting further. Thus far I am very pleased, great people.

Brian was friendly, thoughtful, informative, a great listener and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Even though X-Timeshares and Transfer was not be able to help me in my situation, I certainly will recommend the company to those looking to get out of timeshares bought within the US. If only I knew all that Brian disclosed about International sales, contracts etc, I would have NEVER signed on the dotted line and took a big price credit card for discounted vacation weeks. Ocean Reef Scammers are worse than a car salesman- 8 hours of torcher to get screwed so bad, and they are slick enough to get away with it. It?s an awful way for a lesson well learned! Brian deserves a atta Boy reward! Happy with my experience.

I am very impressed with the results from Xtimeshares. I contacted them in May this year and found them competent and extremely helpful. They explained the and costs and stated that the process usually takes about 10 months to complete. After reviewing their performance on the ComplaintsBoard.com site they recommended, I signed with them.During the process I was frequently updated by both Fannie and Kendall. Expecting not to hear a result for a few months, here we are about 3 months later and I have already been released from my timeshare obligations.I have talked with other providers of this service and even signed with one a few years ago to no avail. I highly recommend Xtimeshares to anyone looking to free themselves from their timeshare costs. You will not be disappointed.

For quite sometime, I was contemplating canceling my timeshare membership with Krystal International. While searching the internet, I came across Xtimeshares and nervously decided to try their services. I contacted them in April and decided to use their services. Every month from thence they kept me informed about the progress of the operation. In October I got a call that my burden of paying maintenance fee was canceled. I was elated and felt a heavy burden had fallen from my shoulders.I will recommend to anyone reading this evaluation not to hesitate to employ Xtimeshares to help you divest from your timeshare burdens.Payments were in easy installments that I could afford and communication was amicable.Thank you Xtimeshares you are the best. Your work was highly professional and of excellent quality.

I never expected to get out of my Timeshare after hearing all the horror stories. I contacted X-Timeshares and Transfer and literally 2 weeks maybe less they contacted my Timeshare and I was out of my contract. I had 7 years left on a Mortgage and had never been to my Timeshare. X-Timeshares and Transfer was instrumental in making this happen. It cost me a few bucks to hire this company, the headache and monthly mortgage payment I no longer have was well worth it. I thought it was going to takes months to get this resolved. When I got the call, I was out of my Timeshare I thought it was a joke. Now I'm free to Travel anywhere and not be married to a Timeshare that I would of never used. Friendly tip, don't buy a Timeshare when they are serving drinks and giving lots of added bonuses. Not worth it. Thank you X-Timeshares and Transfer, you're the best.

This company has been an absolute savior to my family! We were locked in a horrible timeshare with Bluegreen Resorts. I called around so many places and they said that Bluegreen Resorts is one of the tougher timeshares to terminate especially when it's been sent to collections. X-Timeshares reviewed our case and gladly agreed to help us terminate our contract. I was leery at first, they told me it could take some time (a year or more) to negotiate with Bluegreen and terminate the contract. We started the process April 15th and today (November 11th) X-Timeshares called to tell me Bluegreen has agreed to terminate our contract ! Words cannot express my gratitude! I never thought this nightmare would end. This company deserves 10 stars. They called me every month to give me updates and even worked with me when I was late on one of my payments. Very professional, down to Earth people. I would gladly recommend them to anyone! Thank you soooo much again.

My mom came across this company after we had been scammed by another timeshare transfer company. In 2014 we entered into a terribly exploitive contract with Wyndham and by 2017 has retained VSS. Unfortunately in 2019 they stopped contacting us. We live in NY so we drove down to NJ to the office where we were promised added attention. By 2020 our calls stopped going through at which point we had the fortune of coming across X Timeshares. Although hesitant, we expressed our anxiety to embark into a new agreement to terminate our contract with Wyndham. The account manager signing us helped build a budget to accommodate our current situation after hearing us out, making entering into this partnership much easier. For confidentiality's sake, I will refer to the person who helped along the way by their first initial F. I appreciated their diligent care of my parent's case. As I worked mainly translating, the document work was often overwhelming and confusing, but F helped guide visual aids to help us resolve the technical work quickly. Funnily enough, everything after was actually quite simple. Due to COVID and timing Wyndham had actually cancelled the contract themselves. I want to stress exactly how difficult it was to obtain just this simple piece of information from them. However, F delivered this information rapidly with clarity. Furthermore X-Timeshares reimbursed us fully for the contract and legal work associated with closing out this contract. I so so so will hope no one ever gets entangled with a timeshare, but if I have a chance to recommend X Timeshares--a company across the country with an incredibly transparent process and brilliant customer service--I absolutely will.
