Me and my family stayed at Diamond Vacation Homes for a week and we had an absolute blast! The house was super clean and comfy, with big beds and fluffy blankets that made us feel right at home. The kitchen had all the essentials and we even cooked a few meals ourselves. We spent most of our time in the backyard, lounging on the patio furniture and grilling up some burgers. The pool was a total lifesaver in the heat, too. We also appreciated the location - close enough to all the Orlando attractions but still in a nice residential neighborhood. Highly recommend Diamond Vacation Homes for your next family vacation! Only problem we had was some confusion with payment, but the team was quick to respond and provide assistance.

I booked a vacation home from Diamond Vacation Homes on the *** website for $510 per night with David *** as the host on January 24. They charged me a deposit of $1,135.40 on the same day. The final payment was supposed to be due on October 6. However, I didn't receive any information about it from Diamond Vacation Homes. I tried calling, emailing, and texting them, but received no response. *** also tried to contact them, but to no avail. Moreover, the rental house I booked for the specific dates is now available and showing an increased rate of $1,091 per night. This is troublesome as my family and I have already purchased flight tickets, rental car reservation, and theme park tickets for this trip. We planned this vacation ten months ago, and if this issue is not resolved, we will lose a lot of money. It is disappointing and frustrating that this business is neglecting its responsibilities.

Diamond Vacation Homes seemed like a good choice at first, with a rate of $379/night shown in the calendar. However, when trying to check out for 3 nights, the system increased it to $429/night, which was pretty annoying. The owner made it clear that the firm price was $429/night, which was a letdown. After arriving at the house, we had trouble with the TV for almost 2 hours, trying to make it work. The owner helped us with a FaceTime call, and after almost 45 minutes of working on it, they finally fixed it. It was frustrating since we wasted our whole evening trying to fix something that should've been easy. As we were trying to figure out which room each of us will take, we noticed issues with the cleanliness in the bathrooms. One toilet didn't have any "sanitary" label, and the bowl was full of toilet paper that was not flushed. We also discovered poop on the front outside of another toilet bowl, which was totally disgusting. The manager offered to send cleaners the next day, but it did not seem like a solution. Our first night in the house was uncomfortable, especially after discovering these things. We had to buy new sheets and towels from Target to replace the dirty ones. We were disappointed to see that the house was not thoroughly cleaned, despite paying a higher cost than other rentals in the area. The dirty bathrooms and towels made us doubt the cleanliness of the rest of the house. On the second day of our stay, the manager turned on the pool heater, but we weren't able to enjoy it. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with the quality we experienced in the home after paying so much to stay here. It's not worth it for the cost we paid for the lack of sanitation and uncleanliness.

I booked vaca with Diamond Vacation Homes 2019 had to reschedule coz of COVID for 2021. Since paid, no hear from company. Left voice-mails, email - no response. Fam trip in 26 days, paid but no home come May 29th. Need confirmation home available + address/pass code or refund.

I rented a place from Diamond Vacation Homes and it wasn't what I saw on the website. The room was a mess, with broken things and food on the floor. There was even a CO2 alarm that wouldn't stop beeping. When I told them, they just said it was dust or something. I have proof of all this with pictures and stuff. Worst of all, something valuable was lost and I know it's there. I asked them about it, but they won't get back to me. Now things are gone, and it's not cool.

I got some trouble with Diamond Vacation Homes LLC. Gotta say, I made a reservation via their website on Feb 11th, 2021 and gave them $999.95 as a deposit to guarantee my spot on the reservation for 7 days, starting August 11th. They told me that they would be giving me more deets on the property as the date approached and encouraged me to hit them up if I had any questions. However, I haven't heard squat from them since then and they won't return my calls or emails that I sent twice already. I don't get why it's so hard to give me some answers on my rental cash and to give me a holler back on my reservation. I really need help from David - if he could just contact me to let me know what's happening with my rental and provide me with the right facts that it's all good, that would be awesome. I haven't heard anything since Feb 11th. There are like 18 of us gonna be renting this place and we really need some assurance that we'll have a place to stay.

I talked to Dave on 4/18 & 4/20 to get my vacay crib deposit back but still ain't got it yet even tho he said I would. On 4/20 we talked and he lets me know it'll be coming, my $1247.94 is coming back. I kept waiting and tried again after a week. But his mailbox was full and some email didn't go through. I even tried messaging his wifey on ***, the site where I found the homes, but didn't get a response. Tried calling and emailing but nothing in weeks! We had to cancel cause covid and the travel ban for military DOD fam like mine letting us take trips. We did it before the 60 day policy and our dates were 7/2-7/10. Was disappointed cause we mighta done it again if the service was better. He answered quickly when I was doing reservations so I thought it was a good deal but now there's no communication, except that one time I was told I would get the deposit back. I know times are tough but not communicating ain't cool. Gonna need my refund ASAP.

So I stays in Diamond Vacation Homes LLC for a week starting from 4/26 - 5/3. I booked online from VRBO, but now they are not giving me back all my money cuz of Covid-19. I am in NC and they are in FL, and they ain't allowing no vacation rentals to take place in FL. I keep trying to get in touch with David T through email, but he don't answer me no more. I can't be going on vacation now. David says I can reschedule up to 15 months later, but I gotta pay extra money or only get 50% refund. That's not fair. Some people in my group don't have jobs or only work part-time. I don't wanna reschedule and pay extra money. David ain't giving me my $2,000 back and ain't even answering me. I won't do business with him or VRBO no more. They need to give me my money back so I can pay my bills and take care of my kid. This is some shady stuff. If they don't give me my money back, I'll sue them. Y'all should stay away from them.

I booked a place to stay with Diamond Vacation Homes on *** and David T was our point of contact. We were clear about the amenities we were looking for and the property we chose claimed to have them. We were booked for May 1-5th, 2022. When we arrived at the property after 10:30pm, we did a walk-through and found so many broken things like TVs, chairs, fans, doors, safety gates, sinks, vents, and ripped furniture. There were also missing remotes and stained towels. The list goes on and on. We tried to get these issues resolved fairly, but during our walk-through, we realized that the house we were given was not the one we originally booked. The amenities we were promised were not available. David T refused to move us and claimed that this was the house we booked. He was not willing to refund us for the inconvenience of falsely advertising a home and features that were not available. David T canceled our reservation on the day of our departure to avoid us leaving a bad review on ***. We were treated unfairly and not offered a resolution. Instead, we were treated like criminals. This is not acceptable behavior for a professional company. Please help us resolve this matter. I have time-stamped emails, phone calls, pictures, and text messages from ***. I have sent photos of the damaged items upon arrival and the different furniture and walls than the original booking. We were lied to and given a different home than we booked. The home had many issues. We couldn't even use the theater room because the chairs were broken, and none of the equipment worked.

I rent a vacay home in Orlando, FL in Nov 2019 thru *** and Diamond Vacation Homes. The house wuz not wut wuz advertised and had roaches. I booked the house thru *** and the folks in charge wuz David and Crystal T of Diamond Vacation Homes. David T's phone is *** and email is ***. When I arrived in Nov 2019, I found out the house wuz not as advertised on the *** site. Plus, when we inspected the house, we found cockroaches upstairs. I called David right away, but he wuzn't much help. He sed the exterminators were supposed to take care of it. He also sed he wuz working with *** to make sure the houses r advertised rite. He offered us another house, but it wuz not the same as the one we paid for. I asked for my money back and he agreed. Our downpayment wuz $1437 (paid on July 4) and final payment wuz $2521.88 (paid on Oct 26, 2019). He refunded the final payment but not the downpayment. I have been contacting *** and David since Nov 2019, but nothing has been done. David asked me to sign the contract 3 days before check-in, and he wanted a picture of my credit card for damages. This seems fishy to me. He is not responding to our calls, emails or texts. He is misrepresenting his homes and engaging in shady business practices. This ruined my Thanksgiving holiday and I had to spend more money to fix it. Thank u.
