Grand Navigatorprinting planning form

I received a vacation certificate for sitting through a (5 hour) vaccum presentation. I tried to activate the certificate, following all prompts and successfully providing my banking account information (to cover the trip/kid fees). However, once I was prompted to print the planning form, I kept getting a web error (not connected to the internet/ website experiencing problems). I am connected to the website (I did this on my work computer). After several attempts I called the number listed. I called at 4:30 and I am still holding at 5:21pm. I realize the front end message states the office closes at 5pm, however I was hoping the company would at least clear the queque before ending the business day. The "hold music" is still playing and the operator is still asking me to continue to hold. I have already provided authorization for my account to be charged 70.00- all I want to do is print the planning form (that MUST accompany all other documentation). THIS IS A NIGHTMARE!!!UGH

I was told that I would receive a 3-day 2-night stay for listening to Rainbow Vacuum Cleaner demonstration. After listening to their spill for almost 2 hours, I looked online at www.grandnavigator.com. IT'S A SCAM! They will "supposedly" refund you a $50 deposit on a room. This is NOT a 3-day & 2-night stay. This is FALSE ADVERTISING & very misleading. And from what I have read from the reviews about grandnavigator.com, I DO NOT want to attempt to deal with any shysters!

I've been having the same issue. Stayed on the phone over 30 mins only to have the call disconnected. Called and was on hold another 30 mins only to be told they don't know why the error is occurring and just mail in the form that was mailed to me. It takes 30 days to process registration and another 45 days after I return my planning guide. Grand Navigator Sucks big time
