This place ain't what I thought it would be. Trying to swap it out is a joke. The fees for upkeep just keep climbing and nobody said that would happen. I feel like I wasted my cash and time. Don't suggest this timeshare to nobody.

This place ain't what they make it out to be. They promised us the moon and stars, but all we got was a bunch of headaches. They said swapping our spot would be a breeze, but it's been a total nightmare. And don't even get me started on trying to sell this thing for a profit - it's a pipe dream. They swore up and down they'd help us out, but they've been MIA since day one. And when we tried to back out, they strong-armed us into signing on the dotted line. Now my partner's got Alzheimer's and we can't even use the dang thing, but they won't lift a finger to help us out. It's a real shame that companies like this can't be trusted to do right by their customers.

We tried to talk to London Bridge Timeshare about our problems, but they never replied to our emails or letters. We paid a lot of money to be debt-free, but now we have more debt because of fees and charges. We thought paying off the mortgage would help, but it didn't. We are on a fixed income and can't afford to keep paying London Bridge. We haven't used the timeshare in over 10 years, but they still want us to pay. We want out and we think they owe us money. We want people to know that this isn't a good travel experience. It's like being on a sinking boat with holes covered in duct tape. We own debt, not a vacation. We paid what we agreed to, but London Bridge didn't keep their promise. We need help to get off this sinking boat.

I tried to get in touch with the folks at London Bridge Resort a bunch of times, but no one ever got back to me. I even tried reaching out to their parent company, Diamond Resorts, but still no luck. It's a real bummer that they don't seem to care about their customers.

Been tryna get answers from London Bridge since January. Sent a letter and called a few times but no help. They said they'd call back but nothin'. Been reachin' out for 4 months and nothin' done. Need a refund of all money paid and to end this. Got lied to during sales pitch and now they ain't helpin' us out.

we tried to contact them but they didn't even reply. we're not happy with owning this place and want to leave asap. they keep lying to us and the fees keep going up which is causing us money problems. we tried to talk to them but they're not even listening. they keep taking our money but we're tired of it.

Me and my partner are having some trouble with London Bridge Resort. We've been trying to get in touch with them for a while now, but they haven't responded to any of our messages. We're not happy with our timeshare and we feel like we were misled when we bought it. They made it seem like we could travel anywhere we wanted during the week we purchased, but that's not the case at all. We can never find availability for the places we actually want to go. We've already paid a lot of money to this company and we just want to get out of it. We need someone from London Bridge Resort to get in touch with us and tell us how we can cancel our agreement.

I talked to London Bridge Resort (LBR) in Aug 2020 to sell my unit with a spa tub. LBR said that my friends/family can use the unit without me, but that was not true. My son had to pay "guest" fees! When I wanted to use the unit, LBR had already rented it for $200 per night, and I didn't get any compensation. It was a tough situation, and the solution was postponed to the next Board meeting before the maintenance due date, Jan. 15, 2021. I had to pay $445 for half a week, which is $890 for one week use. I called the number on the LBR invoice in Phoenix and learned that it was up to me to pay or not since it was a hardship case before the Board. Two Board meetings went by without a solution, and they sent me higher invoices for a hardship case! I asked LBR to end the ownership, closed under false claims by LBR, and repay me immediately for the investment of $8250 since LBR will likely sell the spa unit for more than that and will have no loss!

place, London Bridge Resort, is a total rip-off. We've been paying for 25 years and never even used it. They lied to us to get us to sign up and now we're stuck with a worthless contract. They said it would be easy to exchange but it's not. And they said it would be a good investment but it's not. The fees go up every year and they didn't tell us that. They pressured us into signing without giving us time to think. It's not fair and it's not ethical. Companies like this should be more honest and not make contracts so long. Don't waste your money on this place.

deal with the hassle of our timeshare. The London Bridge Resort itself is nice, but the timeshare system is not worth the money or the headache. We regret our decision to switch to the point system and wish we had been given more honest information about the difficulties of selling and exchanging timeshares. Overall, we would not recommend purchasing a timeshare from London Bridge Resort.
