I been goin' with Elite Tours for years and they always give me a great time. They're easy to work with and they really care 'bout their customers. Can't wait to hit the road with 'em again.

Jus got back from Niagra Falls tour and had a great time. The driver and tour guide were wonderful. It was more than I thought it would be like. Kept us busy and was very informative. Thanks again. DeAnn C.

Me and my bro went with Elite Tours before the virus hit. We saw tons of stuff in Washington DC, Alexandria, and Gettysburg that we never coulda found on our own. There's so much history in DC! Steve and Toni picked out some great spots for us to check out. Our guide Pam knew her stuff and kept us all in line. We'll for sure be going with Elite again.

This company is a total disaster! We ain't never gonna use them again. The boss, Steve, has been messing us around with our refunds that he said he'd give us. We're still waiting, and he's been real rude about it. Why would a bunch of old folks pile into a bus and go to New York City when the Governor declared a State of Emergency there?! I don't get how Elite of Omaha got an "A Rating"! All they care about is money. Other folks have said the same thing.

Just got back from an Elite Tours trip to the Grand Canyon and it was amazing! The views were so beautiful, it's hard to describe. I couldn't believe how big and deep it was. The tour was a bit short, but I'm so glad I got to see it. Elite Tours really did a great job of showing us around and making sure we had a good time. If you're looking for a great tour company, I highly recommend Elite Tours. They really know how to make a trip special.

Ive been travelin with Elite for 6 years now. Their trips are organized and full of many stops and adventures for a great price. The tour guides and drivers have been friendly and if there is a problem that arises they get help from the owners to find an alternative answer. Very few times have the trips run into problems that couldnt be solved and if not the owners pick up the bill for dinners that werent included. I have enjoyed Mackinac Island trip, Niagra Falls, New York City, Padre Island, Grand Canyon and hope to travel with them again next year.

Read all the reviews before you make up your mind! I've gone on Elite Tours trips all over the country many times. Steve, Toni, and the tour guide always keep in touch to make sure everyone is having a good time. The hotels and food are always top-notch. I've met lots of people on my bus trips, and many of us are repeat customers who ONLY travel with Elite and always recommend them. Not all of our vacations have been perfect, but Steve and Toni take all of our good AND bad experiences to heart. They really run this business with integrity. They go above and beyond to try to make things right and give you a fun vacation and great memories. STEVE is the voice of the company, and it's easy to get mad at him for weather and other unexpected things, but he will ALWAYS be YOUR voice to try to make things right and plan the most amazing vacation for you.

Just got back from Grand Canyon & Lake Powell 9/25 - 10/2/22. The parks were beautiful but I won't use this tour company again. They said we were going to Wichita for two attractions but we didn't go. We missed several attractions on the Itinerary because they were closed. We had time cut short at major attractions because we were late, we ran late everyday. One night we didn't have a hotel to stay in, they didn't make reservations. We had to drive an extra hour to find a place to stay, then they split the group into two locations, one being a MOTEL $30 a night, not a good place to stay. The last night they didn't reserve enough rooms, we were 4 short so again a group had to travel to another town for a hotel. All the hotels they put us in were 2 star hotels except for 1. Most nights we didn't get to the hotel until 10 pm even though the itinerary listed a much earlier check in. Lunches were at a truck stop except for 1, usually late 1:30 - 2:00. This company needs to make major improvements.

I went on the Elite Tours website and saw their brochure for the September 12th - 21st, 2021 tour. They said we would go to Glacier National Park, Yellowstone National Park, and Grand Teton National Park, but we only drove by the Grand Tetons. When we got back home, we called Steve and he said he decided to give us a full day tour of Glacier National Park instead of a half day tour, which he said cost him more money. This didn't make sense because we were expecting a half day tour, not to skip the Grand Tetons. We didn't go to Cathedral of Saint Helena, Conrad Mansion, Colter Bay visitor center, Jenny Lake Visitor Center, or the Museum of the Rockies, even though they were on the itinerary. The tour guide said the Museum of the Rockies was closed because of staffing issues, but that wasn't true because they were closed for a pre-planned donor event. Steve said they reserve the right to change the itinerary, but he blamed COVID when none of the attractions were closed because of COVID. I'm giving them two stars because of these issues. Lindy was a great driver though, she deserves five stars!

We went on a Grand Canyon tour with Elite Goody tours (9/26-10/2/22). We thought they were the same as the other great reviews, but it was a terrible trip! The motels were bad, like 1 or 2 stars, and one had no elevator. We had to carry our own luggage most of the time. One motel had no reservations for us, so we had to split between 2 other places. One of them was only $35 a night, so you can imagine how bad it was. We missed over half of the sights on the flyer because they were closed or we didn't have time. We ate at truck stops for 5 meals, and one was both lunch and supper. We sent a letter to Steve, but no response yet. Others got a voucher to travel with them again, but we won't. This was our first and last bus trip with Elite Goody tours!
