John, Marge, and Philip worked tirelessly to fix an issue on the hotel's end. They weren't able to resolve it but they supported me and guided me through my options since the hotel wasn't cooperating. Highly recommend on customer service alone.

Our stay at the Drury Inn at Merridian, Kansas was wonderful. The people were nice and the food was outstanding. A nice hot meal included with the hotel stay and good foods with drinks from 5:30 till 7:00 at night. We will definitely stay again.

I've used Hotel Guides for eight years. Agents are great .. I like that they give us the date and time up to which we can cancel if plans change. Also the confirmation email sent to me gives me all my booking info. I highly recommend using Hotel Guides.

Hotel Guides is the way to go. Always have been there with the right answers. You can look up your own criteria and so far they have not let me down. Website very easy to navigate and if you have a bad time you can always come back and post what problem you have had!

It was very simple and easy to find a hotel to stay at in the area we wanted, read hotel reviews, and to book a room. Also liked having the reservation information sent to my email so I could review it and print it out. Using HotelGuides made it much less stressful to book a room online.

Super easy to make a reservation. We were looking for a hotel for a music festival which was about a year out and they made it very easy to make a reservation as most hotels near the festival were selling out quickly. They also make it easy to look at all options and pricing at that time.

There were lots of motel selections at Hotel Guides for a variety of destinations. For a busy summer travel season prices were "reasonable." Hotel Guides was easy to use and make a motel reservation. Hotel Guides reservations process works well. It's not confusing so I use Hotel Guides quite a bit. Don't change anything; it works well.

HotelGuides came up as a pop-up ad on the computer. Hotels we had looked at near the Ark were either more expensive or not of good quality. HotelGuides was the only site that suggested Richwood/ Walton hotels. They also offered reservations with pay at location and day ahead cancellation. I like the site and will use it for next stay.

Hotel guides is a wonderful way to find a fair priced hotel or lodging. You can put the address in that you are going to and locate motels, food, and things to do close to what you are there for in the first place. I really am a fan of hotel guides and just want you to take the time if you haven't just try it. It is nice to actually have something positive in this world right now.

I had used Hotel Guides in 2017 and they were extremely helpful in so many ways. Then this year 2022 I had to drive cross country with my service dog 🐕‍🦺 and remember Hotel Guides. I called first to see if there were still working. So, Again I was So Pleased to have detailed info with efficiency from the people I Just Knew They Wouldn't disappoint. Hotel Guides is my go to travel site. I love that they are a South Carolina owned business. The site is user friendly with a call center that answers questions promptly. I've found some real jewels on this sight, like the boutique hotel, Hotel Carlton in downtown San Francisco. I appreciate the travel suggestions I see on Facebook and the site reviews from fellow travelers. Looking forward to using Hotel Guides, hopefully in the near future.

To Whom It May Concern

Prior to my arrival at the *** Inn and Suites in Lakeland, FL, I confirmed my reservation twice. One confirmation was three days prior to my check-in date.

When I arrived to check in, the front desk and supervisor told me my reservation was cancelled. They informed me that Hotel Guides and Hotel Guides was supposed to inform me of the cancellation.

*** Inn and Suites said it was cancelled because my credit card was declined, but Hotel Guides was supposed to contact me.

I called Hotel Guides and they said my reservation is confirmed. I kept explaining what *** Inn said. Also, I was advised by *** Inn that there were no rooms available and all hotels were booked.

I had just traveled for four hours with two elderly ladies and a child. Hotel Guides said they would have a customer service representative call me.

I was very upset by this response and began looking for a room for my party.

Finally, a customer service representative called. I explained my situation and explained the predicament I was in. The representative told me that she heard me and I "already said that". She then said that I'm in this situation because my credit card was declined. I told her that no one contacted me about the issue and it would have been resolved if someone reached out to me. She said an email was sent. I advised I was so busy preparing for my trip I had not checked my email, and why couldn't anyone call me. She then started to blame *** Inn.

The representative then was researching hotels that were about $100.00 more than the price I originally booked. She got aggravated with me when I said I wanted a room for the same price I had originally booked and anticipated on paying. She said she couldn't do that.

I walked into a hotel I saw across the street and asked them if they had any available rooms. The representative was still on the phone with me when she heard me ask this question to that hotel's front desk clerk, she hung the phone up on me.

I did not receive a call back or anything, I thought maybe the line accidentally got disconnected.

I checked my emails and did not see any emails. The last email I have from Hotel Guides was the below email.

I feel that this situation was poorly handled by Hotel Guides and *** Inn. I travel almost once a month for the past ten years and never experienced the unprofessionalism and discourteous customer service like I experienced tonight.

I travel with a travel sports team, personally and professionally. My dissatisfaction with this experience will prompt me to spread the word to all my travel sports teams, friends, and my corporation to never use Hotel Guides or *** Inn again.
