Dear Grab Support Team,
I would like to report a possible system glitch on the Grab app involving items listed under Guardian. I discovered this issue on 6 November 2025, around 8:00 PM, when I opened Threads after returning from work. I noticed several posts showing Guardian products being sold at RM0.00 after discounts.
At first, I thought it was a genuine promotion, so I placed an order. However, after reading more comments and posts, I realised it might be a system error. I decided to cancel my order because it didn’t seem logical for the items to be priced that way.
I then contacted a friend who works at Guardian to verify the matter. She confirmed that there was no such promotion running, and I asked her to inform her manager for further investigation. I also emailed Guardian Malaysia and left a comment on their official TikTok Live session to alert them. They confirmed that the issue did not originate from their platform.
In addition, I came across other customers on Threads who mentioned that they had already received the items they ordered at RM0.00. I’ve attached screenshots from those posts to assist your team’s investigation.
I’m sharing this information because I feel responsible as a customer and wish to help prevent any potential loss or misuse of the Grab platform.
