Yesterday at 11pm.41pm I called for a grab and Mr. Rosli bin Ismail of vehicle VNQ2735 took my request. He however upon arriving nearby to my apartment (Hipster Residence) made a u-turn and drove away. I tried calling him, but he didn't pick up my call. He later text and said that he needs to use the toilet. I text him and inquire why he needed to use a toilet near Kuchai Lama. He then asked me to cancel the ride if I can't wait. I have got this treatment many times and sometimes a RM3/- is automatically deducted if I am asked to cancel the ride. This kind of behavior is cheating and if not checked it will encourage bad drivers like Mr. Rosli to cheat end-users and tourist. I have taken pictures as evidence that he stopped at a coffee shop for hours. Not only he wasted my time, I missed the appointment that I was supposed to go.
