During the booking, I clearly specified the pickup location as Tower 6, Lakefront Residence, CP1 (Car Park 1). Please note that Lakefront Residence has two parking areas, CP1 and CP2. I was waiting at the exact location stated in the booking, which was CP1 at Tower 6.
However, the driver did not arrive at Tower 6, CP1. Instead, he waited at the CP1 Clubhouse area, which is located some distance away from Tower 6. As a result, I had to walk a considerable distance to reach the driver, causing inconvenience and delay.
Upon reaching the vehicle, the driver rudely complained that he had been waiting for a long time. I politely apologized and explained that I had clearly requested the pickup at Tower 6, CP1. The driver responded by saying that he did not know, and his tone and attitude were unprofessional and disrespectful.
As a customer, I expect drivers to follow the specified pickup location and communicate respectfully. This driver’s failure to arrive at the correct location and his rude behavior caused unnecessary inconvenience and discomfort.
