Karthi a/l S. Segara car plate MCT 7298 was not being honest.. My dad took a ride from KLIA 2 back to Banting. My card was being charged and yet he took cash from my dad knowingly that he had receive a card payment. We tried contacting him [protected] but fail to reach him. I would like a fare of RM 65 to be refunded back to me urgently. My dad had a chat with him through out d journey yet he had no courtesy of rejecting cash from an elderly man. Please earn a honest leaving and not curse as you have cheated my parents of their money.

I ordered a Grab from Platinum Suites lobby to go to Block E, Damansara Perdana, at 1am on Fri, 29th March. I waited and waited but the driver never came and he never had the decency to even cancel the booking. Waiting for me to cancel it eventhough he was the one who never came without any notice. In the end I had to cancel the booking after 30 mins because I needed to get home and your driver who accepted the booking didn't even bother to show up. I hope you can rectify this issue and not allow it to happen again. This is so irresponsible and not what I expected from a company like yours.

I am complaining as a concerned Xiamen University Malaysia student. Drivers have been parking illegally at the side of the road leading to the campus's entrance. As such, they have been hindering the student's and lecturer's movements in and out of the campus. Not to mention the recklessness and the inconsideration of some drivers that do not use their signal lamps as they were leaving; one would only imagine the consequences as others were to enter the campus at that moment.
But I have already paid cash to the driver concerned.So how am I to get a Grab if there is a reject payment.I...
On 14 March I booked grab . I used my 1190 points (RM10 Off) to deduct the payment of rm16.When I press redeem button sudently the msg pop up something went wrong. And I try again for the 2nd time 590 points(RM5 Off) and the msg came out un sufficent amount. So that means my point already deducted. I need to pay for full amount. Pls reload back my point which is I didnt used it.

i would like to complain about the drivers that i have encountered since couple of times. I guess the driver wants to earn 100% of grab fare. so I encountered this second time. Driver cancelled the grab even i was already in the car and drop me off safely, but the thing is, I wont have the receipt of grab and any black and white to claim back from the company. On the other hand, its not ethical to cancel the grab without any reason if the passenger is already in the car.

My phone number has been suspended for more than 4 years and I have appealed more than 4 times and up to now there is no reply from Grab. I am now a senior citizen and I may need Grab Car to see doctor. How can Grab gives such poor customer service and does not show compassion to needy customers. Up to now, there is no reply. I took a flight frm KL to Penang for pleasure. I took a grab near Yu Yang Sang Penang to Gurney just now. I called the driver to inform her the exact location esier for her to locate me, she asked me to cross the road, I refused, she straight shouted out "[censored]" to me through the phone.After got into her car, she continued argued then she called grabcar centre complaining that I am "The Unreasonable Passenger". Then she abandoned me by the road side opposite Gleneagles. What would happen if I meet with robbery? Or meet with even more horrible insident? What would happen if it is at nite? Who should be responsible if anything bad happen? Grabcar Or The Driver? This driver's emotional behavior had put Grabcar passengers' life in danger. This is an irresponsible action. I called Grabcar Centre and made a report. Thank God that the officer incharged named Deeta had politely handled my report, she then gave me the report No#[protected]. If Grabcar need any further verification, i am willing to fly back to Penang again in order to coop with this verification.
This morning at 10.25 am 24.02.2019 I was on my way to pantal dalam from pj othman passing beacon kindergarden which is in seksyen 5 when I was to turn to my right a car with the no. Plate wsq 6957 which was a silver toyota vios with a grab sign on that was supposed to stop on the left side with the signboard berhenti, whose suppose to stop just pass through and almost knocked my car and when I honked at him, he stoped all of sudden in front of my car and started to show his middle finger and refuse to move then I honked at him the second times and still he did not move and there were other cars behind me that could not pass through. I am just concern about the type of person attitude who knows that he is at the wrong and still goes on to do such things. My child was in the car and he got very upset with this situation driver grab and road bully. How can I trust grab in the future like this kind of person attitude. I dont think is very safe for custumer to take grab and how can I trust grab anymore. I hope you will take immediate action against this person. He is a road bully when he stop on the road without let car pass throught. Enclose is the video of what happened.

I have called MANY TIMES to Grab Customer Service GRAB Help Centre [protected] but I am still very unsatisfied with GRAB's respond.
