Grab Driverdriver asking me to cancel the trip, and I was late for boarding time...

Hi, good evening, I'm students from uitm 1, and I wanna make a complain about this driver, alza silver colour QCF 5440.. I was booked the trip go to airport, and he accepted, but he say he Don want to go down there area because too traffic jam, and he ask me to cancel it...
I was rush my time, my boarding time is 530pm...
Hopes grab management can fix it up... tq

    The driver refused to pick us up on the other side of the road, we're just on his left side. We asked him to kindly U-turn coz my husband can't walk properly due to severe arthritis. When I called the driver, he even said, we just need to cross the road.

    I ended up cancelling the trip instead. Even my pick up point is correct.

    The driver was smoking in the car and used an hour to reach the destination when the estimated journey time is about 15 minutes. Worst experience had.

    Already complaint 1day still not reply, I know nw crab car company very big and rich, but like this [censored]ing service, how big also is nothing.

    Very very bad experience. First time trying Grab Hitch but driver did not show up, completed my ride and charged the fare to my card. Wasted my time to get another driver. Poor!

    I booked a grabcar SLH4108M under the name of Wong Kelvin on 27 November 2016 at 10.28am. The driver picked up somebody else, i went up to him and ask why he told me he only drives for Uber and not Grabcar. I don't think this should be the way of getting customer, driver driving for Uber and Grab at once. This is horrible!

    On 14th January 2017, I booked a GrabCar but did not board as my friend was drunk.

    Booking ID: IOS-[protected] (Driver Teo Jinghan), however, still charge an amount of $31 to my mastercard even though I have cancelled the ride.

    I hope a refund can be made for the ride. Thank you.

    We still have a promo code "gc100c" that will discount you 100pesos but unfortunately this driver told us that the promo was already expired but I believe that it will expired on January 12 and the driver told us to pay a fix fare without the promo

    I book a grab car from hotel sogo aurora branch to naia terminal 2...

    I left my phone S6EDGE PLUS on the grab car of Russell Agabin Retirado because i ask him if i can charge my phone on his car... due to im late in my flight to singpore i forget to get my phone on him..

    Hai . Sy nk komplen tentang trdapat 2/3 driver taxi yg cancel booking. Sy tggu 10 minit senang2 cancel booking . Nak dpt grabcar / grabtaxi susah area Selayang ni . Kalau dpt pn ramai yg tak nak ambil penumpang . Kenapa ye ??? Sy pergi keje kdg2 dah lambat sbb grabcar cancel booking terpkse crik lain .

    I booked a grab taxi from sm mall of asia (Padi's Point) to my home quezon city, then a grab taxi driver accepted it but refused to look for me even if i'm in the right picking up point. He told me to just cancel it.

    On 3 Feb, I booked a grabshare . This ride I am suppose to drop off first but this driver drop off the other rider at airport terminal 3 arrival.

    Lagi nalang po walang nagaaccept ng request ko. Im seeing cars available but none of them are accepting it and sometimes they request me to cancel my booking.

    I have call in about 7 times and waited for 3 months since dec 2016 to resolve the issue, and grab promise to give me a call back and yet no one did!! till now the issue is still not yet solve.

    I canceled once for Grab, and now I got suspense from Grab. I contact with customer support for many time but useless. At lease, they should give me a proper guideline for the reactive account. Always asked me to sent appeal letter. After that nothing happened.

    Can't get any Grabcar or Grab taxi for few days already, before maybe can't get it only for peak period, now even non peak period also can't get any Grabcar or Grab taxi, service really sucks nowadays, totally different from before.

    This Driver of Mitsubishi Mirage NK 0157 did not pick me up, I txted her and trying to call her to cancel the if she don't want but she never answer. Please do not tolerate this kind of driver.

    Today I took grabshare and I was about 10mins in the car suddenly there was another rider. The ride was near my place while I was already in PIE but the main issue was. Like why was the ride going to the other rider place first instead of mine. And I had to alight to book GrabCar during high demand.

    Hi me and my friend used Grab service trough our stay in ipoh town. But it was spoiled by this grab driver when we immediately cancelled the trip. Attached the screen shot of the conversation. He used bad words to us. I really hope grab management take a serious action towards this person with an apology. Or I will bring it to the SPAD. Thank you

    Hi. Your grab driver Ruperto Panghulan with plate no. NJ 9077 just hit and run my dog. He did not even go down to apologize and compensate for the damage that he has done. Without the cctv we have, we will not trace him. Please help us to locate this person.

    When drivers reach my building, I have many bag, told him come up 6 floor bring me, and he say he don't want come up let me come down, and when I come down this driver cancel my trip!!like this playing customer is very funny !!??

    Your Driver Tracking System was not working well. It didn't show the location of a driver correctly, so I didn't know your driver already arrived (he was still far away on the map). I think he waited for me long time and finally he left without notice.
    Please improve the precision of your Driver Tracking System.

    I wanted to go to 436, upper bukit timah rd, 678062. But instead he dropped me off at lewis road and telling me that my locations that i gave him is correct. I don't want to argue so i get down the vehicle. I hope i will get a answer for this asap. Thank you.

    uvb 990 driver look at me from my thigh area up to ky chest area and paused. then he gave me a smile and laughed. i dont feel safe riding grab taxis anymore with a driver likenthat lurking around. i hope this will be acted upon.

    I was using a promo and we were 7 people. He asked for additional fee because we were 7. I didn't knew that GrabCar are required to ask for additional fee. Plus his car is Mitsubushi adventure.

    I was quoted $5 after getting $10 off. I was billed $9.75
    My office to home will not go through any form of extra charge on the road. However the other grabshare drove into town and somehow I was billed all the ERP charges as I go down last. I see this as a form of unfairness. Is there anything you can about this?

    My account was suspended last year of september 2016 i cancelled my bookings sometimes my friend request to book a grab and change their mind, my last cancelle transaction was we need a 6 seater for the reason we will get my best frien to naia airport
