GrabCar / GrabTaxi / I am complaining on the attitude of the just grab driver
Today I book a just grab from Blk 211 Marsiling Crescent to Woodlands Mrt Station. I forgotten to indicate under note to that is at main road in front if the coffee shop so I message her and inform her so I saw her went into the carpark instead so I called her to tell her and she asked if need her to make a U-turn back, so I say yes.
When she reached I board the car and closed the door, she say to me can you don't be so rude but I did not say anything at all although I irritated and give faces once I board the car.
MAY I KNOW IS THIS THE JUST GRAB DRIVER SHOULD TREAT A PASSENGER SO RUDE? CAN SOMEONE TELL ME THE ANSWER FOR THIS TWO QUESTION AND WHAT THE COMPANY WILL DO TO SETTLE IT?
