I applied online on 28 January 2021. I finally received an Approved email on 7 March 2022. I was supposed to receive my funds 7 to 10 working days thereafter. It is 17 May 2022 and still no payment. The agents put the phone down because they don’t have excuses to give anymore. It’s been escalated into the universe. Where do I go to get help? This is MY money, and I need it.
