Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited – Electricity

Since more than 5 hr there is no electricity in noida sector 100 when ever we try to call customer care they say it will be fix by tommorrow but its almost daily night we are facing this issue everytime when we call they make excuse that there is bakend issue i dont understand why every night we are facing this issue here please someone help us out
