Department of Family and Children Services review: Payment not received

On January 14, 2022 I submitted an expense report to be paid for mileage that I wanted to be reimbursed for. They have not found the expense reports and I have not been paid for the mileage that I submitted to be paid for. I was required to drive my vehicle and I submitted what was required through the Smiles system but they have no record of any work that I have submitted. It is unfair for me to have used my vehicle and not be reimbursed for the mileage and gas I paid out of pocket to perform company duties.
