A sanitary sewer line was damaged at the intersection of Cortez Ave and Hidalgo Ave in the City of Rancho Viejo, Texas 78575. The cable was bored under the road and it cut into the sewer line. The Spectrum cable goes through the sewer line about 10 feet then it cuts out again. The Valley Municipal Utility District #2 would like to proceed with repairs.

Desired outcome: VMUD #2 would like a representative from Spectrum to be present for the repairs plus compensation for the repair costs of the sewer line.
