PublicSurplus review: Very poor customer service

Ok so first let it be known I'm the bigger idiot here for even messing with them still. They are a total joke hiding behind anomy. I bid on an auction I won that auction " I have pictures I film everything with these losers. They denied I won until I told them I have all the proof and I had pictures. they spun in circle's on that one for awhile. Then they came back on that one and said oh I have the same unique screen name as the other bidder . You get it ? the keyword being Unique ! bottom line is they are backing up fast but I got them this time I'm filing with the actual agency that was selling with. these clowns don't seem to understand the seller is responsible no matter who they use. I have been at this game for over 40 years and this wont be the first time I have encountered this type of fraud and I will not settle for anything less than fair Business practices.
