Gotham Steel review: Order

Very disappointed in customer services lack of communication! I ordered the 18-piece set with an extra 4-piece set as per HSN's As Seen on TV ad. I waited 2 weeks and heard nothing about my order. I called customer service, and they said it was out of stock, and they were waiting for it to be restocked. I asked why we weren't told this. They had no answer. The lady was very rude and said to keep watching my bank account and it will be charged when it shipped. She verified the 22-piece set. Well, a month later, I only received the 18-piece set! Very disappointed! I needed the 4 other pieces for my cooking needs! I still need the other 4 pieces!
