The Good Feet Store review: No refund for supports

The arch supports caused pain. Tried 2 different ones over 6 weeks. They hurt my feet. They will only give credit and not a refund. With just Brooks shoes in the store, this is really hard and near impossible to spend the money. If I had thought this was not going to help, I would not have gambled $500 on arch supports. But now I am stuck and wasted $500. and still do not have any help for my problem feet.
