I had to cancel a tee off time due to illness. I called the golf course 2days prior to my tee off they informed me I would have to pay convenience charge which I fully understood it was a June 15 tee time at Perth golf course act number [protected]. To date have not recd a credit. I am a faithful user of the device but find it extremely frustrating in getting ahold of a live person to discuss this. Very frustrating!!! Can someone explain to me why I haven't recd a refund. This has now been 6 weeks. Regards Chuck Easton
