I would like to share my experience with HappyEasyGo (happyeasygo.com) and warn others to be cautious when booking tickets through this portal. In my opinion, this company should be avoided at all costs.

I had to cancel my flight due to the Covid-19 pandemic and requested a refund from HappyEasyGo. However, I was shocked to find out that they did not refund me the full amount that I had paid. Each time I contacted them, they gave me some excuse or the other and never refunded the full amount.

I strongly believe that this company should be banned from doing any service and it is my request to all users to stop using this portal to book tickets.

I recently made a booking on HappyEasyGo for Four Points by Sheraton Delhi on 23 July. I carefully selected the number of guests as 3 and opted for accommodation with breakfast. However, during the payment process, I received a notification that the price had changed. To my surprise, the new amount was 100rs less than the previous amount, making it seem like a discount.

I went ahead and made the payment, but later received a voucher stating that the price was only for 2 guests and that I would have to pay an additional 1180/- for the third person at the hotel. Moreover, the voucher only included accommodation without breakfast.

They also mentioned that the extra price for the third person was excluded, which was not clearly stated during the booking process.
