Gold's Gym - customer service

Thousand Oaks, CA, Golds Gym has communication problems with costumers.
I would like to report Nicole Gooch for disrespectfully talking to me on the phone, and making accusations, didn't wanted to listen what I had to say, interrupted me, I asked to speak with her supervisor she said to me that she is very generous to me offering this deal $, but her supervisor will not be nice to me as she is, so I have no choice to pay money $, which I don't have for three months and more.
She was trying to get agreement with me about this amount money $, but oh there is more payments I have to make more money $, which it feels like a scam and not real.
Nicole Gooch has poor quality of communicating with people, she was very rude on the phone, she was threatened me with collection agency.

Gold's Gym - overall service

Incident: There is just no one you can trust out there in golds gym. They Bluntly lie to you and had the nerve to say after the matter that I had to read the entire document that they didn't even give to me. All they said was sign here this will allow you to have 30 days to cancel with no penalty. Since you're not sure how long you will be here. If you stay good it will just continue. I said that sounds great I will know by then. Wells turns out no solution was found at work and Im stuck 90 days in the basically no pay position before they can transfer me. So I communicated with golds gym the its best I cancel. since I found out more about it. Now all of the sudden they said they have to charge me a $100 cancelation fee. I decently don't have it. and if I knew about it I would not have signed up. they are purposely omitting information to get you sign up and then charge you later or in a hidden way. The representative and the manager that approved it didn't even show their faces. They had someone else that didn't even know about it yell at me. and on top of that I was running a high fever from being in the cold for so long. I was there with the night staff again to confirm that it is closed. They cared for me and gave me pain medicine and waited with me until my shuttle stopped by. They said no further charges or something to the affect. I could not even think straight with fever. I get sick often during the cold times. I would really like to have someone I can trust that would not use their staff like that. It's not only about the numbers or they should give their clients trust like I did. Now I don't trust them and neither will my entire family. or immediate co workers. After 90 days Im not going back with them either even if they were the last gym on earth, unless they fix it. Also bought clothes from there and energy drinks. That's out too.
