Prior to holidays - we had no issues with our sneakers being verified through GOAT. They are all stored in the same area of the home which is free from any odor. Starting at Thanksgiving 2025 we were told a sneaker had an odor and discoloration. The shoe has meshing which is why the shoe would "appear" to have an off white tone. Experts should be aware of this. These are all brand new, unworn sneakers. They come from an area where there is no smoking or other smells. We verify prior to shipping. We were then charged $14.95 to have the shoes shipped back. They were sent to the billing address instead of the shipping address. The billing address returns to sender. This was November. We still have not received the sneakers back. At Christmas, same issue stating an odor. One buyer accepted, another was consigned. They were not showing as consigned anywhere on our account until I spoke to a rep yesterday, January 4th. Again, this was right before Christmas 2025. It also showed that we were already down to 56 days when we have 60 days before they charge a $2/month "storage" fee. What happened to the other days they were not even listed? Next, we shipped a pair of Black Cats 2025 edition brand new which were just recently purchased brand new from GOAT. They were opened to verify the shoe, stored and sold. We were then told these were a rush order and then told they had an odor. So GOAT sells brand new shoes with an odor? How is that even possible? Then this rush order turned into the buyer declining the sale. We have emailed GOAT over 10 times including a phone call requesting a return call to quickly resolve. No call, no email, no addressing the actual issues aside from directions to find the consigned items which, as stated, were not there. Now only one is there. Next, We shipped a pair of sneakers with the black cats before New Years Eve, it has been over a week. They went to Easton first and then were shipped to LA. I caught this while vehemently checking. Why did they go to Easton, then it showed it did not go to Easton and won't get to LA until Wednesday. That is 10 days in transit. We try to be positive but considering a brand new shoe we bought from GOAT was said to have an odor, we expect there will be some issue with this brand new shoe. Again, checked for smell prior to shipping. They smell like a sneaker and rubber from the bottom. This is out of control. We are out a missing pair of sneakers, money paid to have it returned, missing consigned items, missing days consigned item was not even listed, no response from the research team that we were assured would get back to us as to what the "odor" is. This has been over a month. We are disgusted. We filed with the BBB and this is illegal.

Desired outcome: Please refund total cost of loss for sneakers including full price to repurchase sketches: $845.46 plus the shipping cost of the sketches that we never received back which was $14.95 for a total refund of $860.41
