I called on tues about getting a replacement card and was told it would be $37 to get it within 3 days. I call this morning and find out that my card had NOT BEEN EXTRADITED BUT standard shipping instead. I told them I needed it right away and was told to call back in 24hrs. I had asked for a supervisor and with his accent and speed of him speaking I could not understand him very well.
Claimed loss: over $300
Desired outcome: the $313 replaced and new card sent to me via overnight since it was their screwup!!!!!
