I called on numerous occassions and was given different stories and what needed to be done and what will be done.

Vehicle loan is in jr & sr name. Sr. passed away and Jr wants to register in his name alone. he is a police officer in the State of Pennsylvania and needed to change his address from NJ to PA. We were told we needed a relocation request which was done on 8/8/23. PENNDot recevied the title in both jr & sr name. they advised they needed a letter. I called 8/16/23 and was told letter would be sent to email on file w/i 24 hours. nothing. on 8/18/23 called and was told it was a permission letter and it would take 24-48 hours possibly 8/21/23 and it would be sent to email. Nothing. 8/24/23 called again and was told it would not come by email it needed to be mailed. But it could be federal expressed if I had an account number. I gave the account number for it to be sent federal express to jr's new home address in PA. If his payment was late there would be consequences. He is a police officer in PA and needs vehicle registered and insured in PA. His registration expires 8/23. I cannot understand how this is so complicated of a task. He went to PENNDot on two separate occasions and still cannot get registration in his name. Now again he is waiting for documentation to go the third time. He is paying for Insurance in NJ and PA, vehicle presently registered in NJ and has a PA DL.

I expect a reply.

Terrible service, was told 4 different stories to get a document to register a vehicle in new state of residence after co-owner passed. Terrible!
