I've worked with Intelliloan for over three years now and had a fantastic experience every time. I've now done two re-finances with them and will bring them my new business when i purchase a new home in the next year.*** has been my point of contact. He is super responsive. He always answers the phone or or quickly returns voicemails. Emails are returned almost real time... even after hours and on weekends.*** also provides outstanding client service post loan. He recently jumped in to resolve a recording issue with my last loan that was made by the escrow company. This was not his mistake to correct but he jumped in and made sure all the right people got involved and did their job. Thank you ***!"

I worked in the banking industry for over 30 years as well as ran our family business, having said this, professionalism is top on my list, and Jasmine nailed it! from our very first phone conversation she was kind, thoughtful, and very attentive, you must realize that these features are key when dealing with home financing. In addition her follow up abilities impeccable...she always returned my calls and never made me feel as if I was taking up her time. Hang on to this one Randy she's a keeper ! I had shopped a Re-Finance on my home for almost 3 months with 2 companies who dropped the ball and couldn't seem to find paperwork I had submitted, or just complete incompetence on their part. Luckily, I found Intelliloan on the third try. What a difference! This company KNOWS what they are doing. Fast, efficient and they communicate with you consistently throughout the process so you don't end up with delays. I absolutely would recommend Intelliloan to anyone who is shopping for a Loan or Re-Fi. After dealing with 2 incompetent lenders (and they are BIG names)...I found out with Intelliloan what real PROFESSIONALS are. I would give them 100 stars if I could. My Loan rep. was Larry Honn and he is so on top of everything at every moment...that is what counts when you want to do a loan. No feet dragging or excuses for not getting the paperwork done. The whole company is run efficiently...what a concept. Who thought companies like this still existed? Well, Intelliloan Does!

I had contacted *** at Intelliloan, *** back at the beginning of June, and he was very helpful and took all of my information. Come to find out, I did not qualify at that time, but he came up with a way that I could qualify towards the end of July, and I contacted him again in the middle of July. Interest rates were just too good to wait, and he remembered me, and we went over all of the information that I had provided before, and he was able to see that I could now qualify and could close around the first week in August. I then spoke to *** and his assistant, and he was able to provide me with a shortened list of items needed to close my loan. Come to find out, I was able to close before the end of July, and funded on August 1. What wonderful service. None of the persons that I dealt with at Intelliloan took up any extra of my time, nor made me feel like I was jumping through hoops. Any question that I asked was answered with respect, and fully understandable, not any of this double talk. It was all up front, and so fast. I could not believe it.

It was an absolute pleasure working with *** and *** from the *** office ! After working with my previous mortgage company, for 8 months with one delay after another, and sending and resending Docs and explanation letters (Some of which were completely unnecessary) I was very frustrated and disappointed with them for their incompetence and lack of communication. After I heard an Intelliloan radio ad that basically described my horrible experiences with that lender, I called Intelliloan and I am very glad I did ! I spoke to *** and he was extremely helpful and positive. His communication skills are great. He returned calls promptly and had all the answers. He put me in touch with ***, who was on top of every aspect of the process. *** communication skills are great as well, even calling me after work hours to get it done, we spoke almost every day keeping me posted on the progress. His knowledge and attitude are fantastic. *** put in the extra effort to close on time and I did my primary residence and investment property with no problems. These guys are GREAT ! My experience with Intelliloan was extremely positive, in large part due to the creativity and outstanding service from loan officer Jasmine B. When I first called Intelliloan to inquire about refinancing the mortgages on two rental properties, I spoke to Jasmine and learned that the balance on one of these mortgages was too small to meet refinance criteria. I was disappointed to hear this, since both loans had much higher interest rates than are available today, and I wanted to be rid of both these loans. After checking the current estimated market value of the property that did qualify for refinance, Jasmine had the brilliant idea of doing a cash-out refinance of the qualifying property, which would allow me to pay off the smaller loan on the other property in its entirety at closing! Thanks to Jasmine, everything worked out great! I now have a new 15 year fixed mortgage with an excellent, low interest rate on one property and own the second property free and clear! Bottom line, Jasmine B. and Intelliloan saved me a great deal of money in this transaction. I highly recommend Intelliloan and Jasmin B in particular to anyone who has refinancing needs, whether your situation is simple or a bit more complicated, as was my situation. Intelliloan came through brilliantly for me, and they can for you.

Intelliloan Awesome, first rate organization! Requested a loan consultation and received a prompt reply from Alonso E. who was extremely personable, cordial and a consummate professional. He inquired about my unique situation and attentively listened to my goals and concerns. He then asked many specific questions to determine his best course of action-for my individual loan-and personal requirements. He patiently presented *productsthat would fulfill my expectations and achieve my goals for the refi. I say products because he did not balk at my indecision regarding a 15 year, 20 year or 30 year loan and went through each product, explaining the benefits, costs and resulting monthly payments in full and complete detail. No pressure, no fumbles, no double talk or vague answers. My kind of place! We decided on a loan product and arranged to proceed. Everything was done on their online secure portal and could not be any easier or more convenient. Their goal is to fund and close in 21 -24 days. I want to begin by saying that I am perhaps the biggest skeptic with regards to online mortgage companies and offers... if it's too good to be true, IT IS! Having said that, I requested refinance rates from a third party mortgage marketing company and literally within the first 10 seconds after hitting submit, I got a call from Daniel (Dani). I was in complete disbelief and was not ready to answer questions related to refinancing my loan. I told Dani I could speak at a specific time/date due to work and he said that would be fine. Long story short, we began to talk and he provided information on loan rates that I could qualify for. I researched other companies and finally decided to take a leap of faith with Dani. I can't praise him enough for his his work ethics. He proved me wrong every step of the way. He continuously demonstrated a level of professionalism that most customers can only dream of; he was prompt, professional, courteous, respectful, patient, understanding, and more. Dani walked me through, literally every step of the way and made this process as painless as possible. I would definitely recommend Dani to anyone looking to refinance their home mortgages. As an added, and quite honestly, unexpected plus, loan rates change in my favor literally a day before we were to sign and Dani managed to have my rate lowered, significantly, and then loan documents were re-drawn and we signed. A very happy ending to this refinance!

Intelliloan is a company I used to refinance my home. They said they would give me back $475 after everything was done, but I never got it. My Intelliloan person said they would check on it, but it's been a long time since February and nothing has happened.

Intelliloan is a company that has lied about things and given wrong information to people. They won't fix their mistakes even when shown proof that they are wrong.

I got tricked by a bait and switch trick to get a loan with no cost from Intelliloan Inc. I gave them my personal info and agreed to the no cost loan, but then Metropolitan Home Mortgage asked for thousands of dollars to finish the deal. Now my credit is messed up because of their bad behavior.

I get like 1-2 letters from these guys every day. It's all unsolicited and it feels like they're bugging me. I've asked them to stop a few times, but nothing happens. Can someone help me get off their mailing list and put me on the "do not contact" list?

I refinanced with Intelliloan but they haven't given me back my impound money for property taxes. I asked them about it and they said it takes 15 days. It's been a long time now and they still have my $7,000. They got mad when I said I wouldn't refinance with them again. They called me twice to try and change my mind but I said no and asked them to hurry up and give me my money back.

This company needs to stop calling me. I already told them I'm not interested in their loans, but one of their employees had a bad attitude towards me. They called me again on August 5 at around 3:00pm. They've been calling me multiple times since March 2022. I wrote a letter to the *** about companies contacting me and I'm on the do not call list. I asked them to stop months ago, but they keep calling me from unknown and strange numbers. Please make them stop calling me because it's harassment. Thanks.

I applied for a loan with Intelliloan Inc for a 30yr fixed rate @ ***. I sent/uploaded my paperwork and had a conversation on 7/21. There was a problem with my monthly income and the loan payment amount, according to the loan processor. They said they would talk with their manager and have my Loan Specialist contact me. However, I have not received any response from the Specialist since 7/22. The last contact I had said my rate was locked until 8/11 and we need to sign docs by then. I would like to know where we are on the loan and what options we have. I have been told my loan Specialist has stepped out when I call or is with another client, and I have not received any response. I am afraid that after uploading my docs, they are being used for fraudulent purposes. Please help and let me know who else I should contact. Thank you.

I got my parents' house refinanced through Intelliloan Inc on October 7th. They said we'd be closing in 3 weeks because our income and credit were great. I sent all the documents they asked for. The appraisal was done in 10 days and I was told I'd get back the $475 I paid for it when we closed. But months went by and they said they were having trouble because of tax segregation. They knew the property was only 7 months old. They said it was too hard for them. I asked for my $475 back and they only gave me $75. I talked to managers *** and *** but they never called me back. This is a mistake because their employees aren't trained enough. All I want is my $400 back.

I gave all my financial stuff to Intelliloan Inc and they said I could get the loan I wanted. They said we gotta hurry so I don't miss the rate they gave me. I thought that meant I was good to go and they were processing my loan. They asked for $475 for an appraisal and for me to sign a paper. They got the appraisal but didn't tell me they hadn't processed my stuff yet. (I wouldn't have signed the paper if I knew) After a few weeks, I called and asked what was up. They said I didn't qualify. I asked for my money back since they made me think I had a loan. I also asked why they got an appraisal if they knew my loan wasn't processed yet. They said they'd talk to their boss but they never called me back. I tried to call them a bunch but they never answered.

I was tryna get a quote for two refinances with intelliloans. That was like almost the end of my shopping around. They said they'd give me $500 if they couldn't beat another lender's offer, which is like a super important reason I applied with them. But for the second property, maybe the other lender's offer was too good, cuz every loan officer just like disappeared after sending over the loan estimate. I get it, most lenders don't wanna talk no more when they can't beat an offer. Happened to me with most of the lenders I talked to. But I hope intelliloans keeps their word. Right now, I'm bout to close with the other lender. At this point, I'm thinking this "beat it or $500" thing is just a scam to get customers. I might even get a lawyer involved. I recorded all my convos with these agents who stopped responding: *** NMLS *** NMLS *** NMLS *** (they straight up said they don't honor it).

I talk to Intelliloan for refinancing. They said no cost at first, but then they said I had to pay for an appraisal. They asked how much my condo was worth, and I told them what I bought it for. They said I would benefit from refinancing, but then they said they couldn't save me the money they promised. After the appraisal, they said my condo wasn't worth what they thought, and I would only save $100 a month. I decided not to continue because they couldn't save me the money they promised. They asked my lender for a payoff amount twice, and now I have to pay $60 because I didn't continue. I want a refund of the $475 appraisal cost. They said they made a mistake and would only charge me $400. I'm 61 and feel like they're taking advantage of people by not being honest. Thank you.

I applied for a loan to refinance my home after seeing a TV ad from Intelliloan in August . I was a bit unsure about them as I heard they weren't pro seniors, but I decided to give them a chance. I called and talked to a loan officer while creating an account on their website and paid for a credit report which showed my high credit rating. I gave all the necessary documents as soon as they were asked for. My loan officer was confident that I would be approved as I met all the criteria, like having an excellent loan to value ratio and significant liquid assets. They suggested that I pay off my only debt, which was a credit card with a balance of $10,000, to make things easier. I did it, but to my surprise, my loan was declined at the last minute. I don't think they considered all my sources of income properly, and I have some doubts. They asked for specific documentation that could jeopardize one of my income sources, even though I had already provided substantial alternative documentation going back two years. I wonder if non-senior applicants are asked for guaranteed for life sources of income. I don't know if it was staff inexperience or subtle age discrimination. I checked their website to see if there was a denial review process, but I couldn't find anything. I wonder if there was another refinance loan that I could have qualified for. Would the owner of Intelliloan want their own senior family members to have the same experience as me?

On 19FEB2020 I applied for a 30 year mortgage refinance with no closing costs as advertised on Intelliloan.com and in their TV commercials. I was told that I was approved (after a full credit check) and that the interest rate for my new $257,000 loan with no closing costs was locked at 3.25% giving me 30 days to finish the loan process with the aforementioned loan terms. Then once I received the email for e-signature I tried to log in to their website to e-sign the loan documents and continue the refinancing process, but it would take me to a web-page saying that a verification email was sent to my email address that contains instructions to finish creating my account. The problem is that I never received that email, neither in my inbox nor in my spam folder, what happened is that I was practically locked out of my account at Intelliloan.com. Then I called Intelliloan at *** to find out what the issue was, and was connected with the loan specialist (Kelvin B Jr., NMLS ***) who told me that they could not honor the previously approved loan terms that we had agreed to, instead suggesting to incur closing costs of more than $5000 (including 1 point). I consider this a classic bait-and-switch tactic that is deployed by Intelliloan.
