So, I was looking for some cool blinking hats for an event I was planning to attend. I stumbled upon Glow Source and decided to give it a try. I placed my order and waited for it to arrive. But, to my surprise, I received a baby hat instead of the blinking hats I had ordered. I was really disappointed and confused, so I decided to email them and ask what was going on.

They replied to my email and said that they would resend the hats. I was relieved and thought that everything was going to be okay. But, on the day of the event, I still hadn't received my order. I decided to contact them again and ask where my order was. They replied and said that they could never get a seller for the hats I had ordered. I was really upset and stressed out because of their lack of ethics.

I felt like they had lied to me and caused me a lot of unnecessary stress. I would not recommend shopping from this site because of their unprofessional behavior. It's really important to be honest with your customers and to deliver what you promise. I hope that they will improve their services in the future and become more reliable.

I recently made a purchase from Glow Source and I must say, I was pretty satisfied with the price and everything. I ordered 6 powder cannons online and was eagerly waiting for them to arrive. However, when the package finally arrived, I noticed that one of the cannons had leaked during shipping. (See picture below) I was a bit disappointed as I was looking forward to using all 6 cannons for my upcoming gender reveal party.

Now, I'm not blaming Glow Source for this mishap. It's most likely a shipping issue caused by the delivery company (Fed-Ex). However, I'm still down one cannon and I don't know what to do. I hope this doesn't ruin the fun of the party.

On a different note, I have a suggestion for Glow Source. It would be great if they could label the colors of the powder cannons. When the package arrived, I had trouble identifying which color was which. It would be helpful if they could label the colors but allow us to tear the labels off if we want to.

Overall, I had a good experience with Glow Source. The products were reasonably priced and the shipping was fast. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for party supplies.

I went to Glow Source's website to order some party supplies for my niece's birthday. I saw that they offer "Next Day Delivery" for orders placed before 2pm. I thought that was perfect since I needed the items to arrive on April 29th, which was my niece's actual birthday.

I placed my order before 2pm and paid the highest shipping fee of around $40 for the "Next Day Delivery" option. However, when I received my order confirmation, it said that the delivery date was May 1st instead of April 29th. I was disappointed and frustrated because I specifically chose the "Next Day Delivery" option to ensure that the items would arrive on time.

I called Glow Source's customer service to ask for a refund since the delivery date was not what I expected. The lady I spoke with was apologetic and promised to have the items delivered on April 30th instead of May 1st. She also assured me that my shipping cost would be refunded.

I recently made a purchase on Glow Source's website for a 16" Purple LED Foam Stick. I was excited to receive my order, especially after reading their shipping note that stated all orders are shipped within 24 hours of being received. However, I was disappointed to find out that it took over a week for my order to be shipped.

To make matters worse, the item was delivered on a Saturday, even though their shipping note clearly stated that they do not offer Saturday delivery unless specified by the customer. But the biggest issue was that they sent me the wrong item! Instead of the purple foam stick that I ordered, they sent me blue ones.

I was really counting on receiving the purple foam stick for my Halloween costume, which requires some construction work. Now, I am not sure if Glow Source will be able to fulfill my order in time for Halloween. I tried contacting customer service, but unfortunately, they are not available on weekends. So, I am left waiting in limbo, hoping that they will be able to fix their mistake and send me the correct item in time.

As you can see from the photos below, blue and purple are not the same. I ordered purple, but was sent blue instead. This is a huge disappointment, especially since my order was delayed and delivered on a Saturday, despite their shipping note stating otherwise.

I gotta say, I'm not one to complain, but I had a pretty rough experience with Glow Source. I got my order pretty quick, which was cool, but the stuff I got was straight up trash. I got these light up gloves and one of them worked fine, but the other one barely lit up and kept turning off. And the glasses didn't light up like they were supposed to. The fiber optic lights were alright, but some of them only work half the time and others don't work at all. So I sent back the stuff I didn't want, which was still in the original packaging and everything, and I saw that Glow Source got it because someone signed for it. But then I never heard anything back from them about my refund. I tried calling them a bunch of times, but no one ever picked up and there wasn't even a message. And when I tried emailing them, my email bounced back! So I had to go through PayPal to get my money back, and now Glow Source is trying to keep $115 of my money! Like, come on, man. I plan parties all the time and I order stuff like this from other sites all the time and I've never had a problem like this. I thought Glow Source looked good and the prices were right, but I guess you really do get what you pay for. This is just bad business, plain and simple.

I'm giving Glow Source a rating of only 2 stars. Honestly, I would have given them just one star if I didn't receive one of the two items I purchased from them.

I ordered two lightsabers from their website on May 27th, 2020. One was supposed to be delivered to me and the other to my son. Unfortunately, only one of the lightsabers arrived on June 12th. I've been waiting for the other one ever since.

At first, I thought the delay was due to the pandemic. But after almost two weeks of calling and trying to find out the status of my item, I realized that something was not right. Every time I called, I got the run-around from Mr. Solis, who apparently is the person selling this item.

Twice, he told me that the item would be shipped the next day and that he would send me the tracking information right away. But both times, he failed to keep his promise. So, the second time he said that, I asked him to send me the tracking information while I was still on the phone with him. He sent me an email with the following quote:

"Hey Lawrence,

I'll be working on your claim I will update you with shipping information by tomorrow the 26th."

First of all, he spelled my name wrong, which made me feel like he doesn't care about his customers. Second, the email was sent from an email address provided by Lotus Internet Corp. And finally, notice that he said he would update me on the 26th, but it's already the 27th and I still haven't heard from him.

This morning, I sent him a tracked email to see if he was at least receiving my emails. He read the email but didn't respond.

I don't think Glow Source is a trustworthy seller. I've been very patient with them, but they have been ignoring me and communicating poorly. I understand that there may be circumstances that are causing delays and mistakes in shipping, but lying and deceiving customers is not good business.

I hope this review helps anyone who is considering buying from Glow Source. The price may seem good, but you might not get what you paid for. If I receive my item soon and Mr. Solis agrees to communicate properly, I might be willing to rewrite my review. But for now, I would say that you should purchase from Glow Source at your own risk.

Glow Source is a pretty cool website that sells all sorts of glow in the dark stuff. I recently bought a lightsaber from them and I gotta say, it's pretty sweet. The hilt feels nice in my hand and it looks really cool when I turn off the lights and it glows. However, I was a little disappointed with the sound quality. So, I ordered a sword from Glow Source and it arrived in a pretty beat up box. The box was marked "fragile" but it looked like it had been through a warzone. The sword was bent in three different places because the box was too small and it got all bent up during shipping. I tried to contact Glow Source through their website but I haven't heard back from them yet. It's a bummer because I paid over $18 for shipping and now I won't be getting a refund. All I really want is the sword that I paid for so I can give it to my kid. Hopefully, Glow Source will get back to me soon and we can work something out.
