Beware, and don't order from this site unless you want to get ripped off. My receipt says they ship 24 hours after the order is received. I placed an order Aug. 26 (over 3 weeks ago) and have tried contacting the company numerous times via voicemail, text, and chat. After leaving 7 messages someone finally texted me a week later with an excuse that they had a quality issue but would get my order in the mail immediately, the very next day. That was a week ago. When I reached out to inquire about the tracking number or delivery date , no one will return my messages. I could have ordered from a different shop and received my stuff by now. Not only will my party not have the decorations I ordered, now I have to go through my credit card company and submit a fraudulent charge claim to get my money back. Customer service is non-existent. Not worth it. Save yourself a headache and shop somewhere else. They pretend they can't take your call or answer your message because they are so busy helping other customers...seriously?!? How many people really buy glow stuff, ever? First time in my life and I still have yet to purchase anything successfully. If they do business like this I can't imagine they have any customers. I'm starting to doubt if it is even a real company.

Glow Source is a pretty cool website that sells all sorts of glow in the dark stuff. I recently bought a lightsaber from them and I gotta say, it's pretty sweet. The hilt feels nice in my hand and it looks really cool when I turn off the lights and it glows. However, I was a little disappointed with the sound quality. It's not terrible, but it's definitely not as good as the lightsabers in the movies. Overall though, I'm happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend Glow Source to anyone looking for some fun glow in the dark stuff.

So, I recently bought a blue tea light from Glow Source and boy, was I disappointed! I mean, the tea light was supposed to be blue, but it turned out to be white. And to top it off, the click on button was stuck! I couldn't even turn it on!

But, I have to give them credit where it's due. Their customer service was top-notch! They refunded me fully without any hassle. That's why I'm giving them a full 5 stars!

Overall, I think Glow Source is a decent place to buy party supplies and decorations. They have a wide range of products to choose from, and their prices are reasonable. However, they need to work on their quality control. I mean, how hard is it to make sure that the product you're sending out is the right color and works properly?

Anyway, if you're looking for party supplies, give Glow Source a try. Just be prepared for a few hiccups along the way.

So, I ordered some stuff from Glow Source and it came pretty fast, but when I opened the box, I was missing 5 things! I tried to get in touch with them by email and phone, but no one's getting back to me. I was really excited to use this site because my friend said it was great, but now I'm just bummed out. But, let me tell you, when the sun goes down, this thing really shines. It's perfect for those late night swims or outdoor parties. And, when I'm not using it outside, I like to bring it inside and use it as a decoration in my room. It adds a really cool vibe to the space.

I've sent a bunch of emails and made a bunch of calls, but it seems like every time I try to get in touch with someone, all I get are excuses and no real solutions.

I mean, I understand that things can get busy and maybe there are some delays, but it's been over a month now and I still haven't received my order or even a clear answer about when I can expect it. And to top it all off, now I can't even get a response from them at all.

I received an email from them apologizing for the delay in production and informing me that I would receive an order confirmation once the items were shipped. However, it's been quite some time now and I still haven't received any updates from them. I even tried to send them an email to inquire about my order, but it keeps bouncing back to me. This has left me feeling quite frustrated and angry. I mean, they already took my money and now I'm left in the dark about my order. It's not a good feeling at all. I hope they can resolve this issue soon and provide me with the necessary information about my order.

So, I ordered a sword from Glow Source and it arrived in a pretty beat up box. The box was marked "fragile" but it looked like it had been through a warzone. The sword was bent in three different places because the box was too small and it got all bent up during shipping. I tried to contact Glow Source through their website but I haven't heard back from them yet. It's a bummer because I paid over $18 for shipping and now I won't be getting a refund. All I really want is the sword that I paid for so I can give it to my kid. Hopefully, Glow Source will get back to me soon and we can work something out.
