Don't walk away from PriceRock, RUN as fast as you can. This company is nothing more than a scam/fraud company. First RED FLAG,  PriceRock charged my credit card as soon as I placed my order on day one. Nobody charges your credit card until the item has shipped.This was 2/06/24. On 2/13/24 e-mailed  PriceRock twice wanting to cancel my order and asked for a refund. They never responded. 2/14/24 they emailed me that the item had shipped which was a lie. All they did was generated a UPS shipping label and a tracking number. 2/15/24  PriceRock called me wanting to know why I was upset. At this point in time they still have  not shipped the item. UPS confirmed they received a shipping label but never received package. I told  PriceRock I had opened a Fraud case with my credit card company . They asked if I still wanted my item and I asked if I cancel will you refund my money which they said no, you can just get it back from my credit card company. THEY NEVER SHIPPED ITEM. My credit card company did reverse the charges. RUN RUN RUN

Wow, PriceRock is the real deal! I placed an order with them and it was filled up real fast. I love how they kept me posted on the location of the package during it's journey to me. That kind of attention to detail and customer satisfaction is what keeps me coming back to them.

However, there was an instance when one of my orders ended up missing in the delivery system. I was worried sick thinking it had been snatched by some miscreants. Because I needed the product by a certain date, I thought it best to put in another order. The second order did not disappoint and arrived right on the dot. But, to my surprise, the original order that had gone missing showed up later on. No biggie, because PriceRock allowed me to return the second order with no issues whatsoever.

experience with PriceRock. I was feeling unsure about which rope chain to go for, so I had two different windows open to compare the discount prices. Right as I was about to apply the discount to one of the chains, the screen jumped and I accidentally hit the purchase button! I was so frustrated with myself, but thankfully I was able to send PriceRock an email explaining my situation. They got back to me within 24 hours and guided me through the exchange process.

After everything was sorted out, I finally got my hands on the chain I truly wanted and I couldn't be happier with it! I am definitely going to keep buying more from PriceRock in the near future. They really went above and beyond to help me out and make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. It's so refreshing to have such a positive experience with an online retailer - it's not always easy to find a company that prioritizes customer satisfaction like PriceRock does.

The prices at PriceRock are usually pretty good, and I've never had any problems with the delivery in the past. However, I have to say that I've been a bit disappointed with their customer service lately. I ordered a chain that was backordered, and it's been a couple of months now. I been buying gold chains from PriceRock for some years niw and they have always com thru for me. I got a 14k gold 3.6 gold curb chain, a 14k 3mm diamond cut rope chain and a 14k gold 5mm figaro chain and they are all good quality and as what they said in the descripsion. I even went to get them tested and it was all solid gold just like they said! The prices are amazing and cant be beat! I dont know why some peeps have problems, but i have never had any.

DON'T RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM PRICEROCK! After giving them my hard-earned cash, I was promised to receive my jewelry in a quick 3-5 days. However, 10 days passed and when I tried to contact them, no one could answer my questions. Then, even worse, after a whole 20 days (and already past Christmas Day!) I finally got through to someone only because I had to contact my credit card company due to the lack of communication. I demanded to cancel, but before I knew it, my $563.00 chain was in my mailbox on December 30, 2020. Even though I didn't sign to accept it, I received it anyway. Now it's January 6, 2021 and I'm struggling to get in touch with anyone to have this returned. This experience has been beyond frustrating and dissatisfying. Can't stress enough, avoid this site at all costs!

After buying a 3mm "Solid" gold 14k chain from PriceRock (pricerock.com) a couple months back, I was pretty happy with my initial purchase. However, just after a few weeks of usage, my chain broke in half (right through the middle) after an incidental light tug. I was devastated and reached out to their customer service for help. But to my surprise, I got no response whatsoever for a week.

Out of my frustration, I decided to push a little harder and threatened to email them until I got a response. Finally, I did get a reply and was taken aback when I found out that my item wasn't eligible for return. This left me with not just a bad experience but a "bad" product as well. And to make matters worse, their service wasn't up to par either.

As a customer, I would advise you to avoid buying from PriceRock and instead spend your hard-earned money somewhere more trustworthy with better return policies. If I could save you some money and help you make a more informed purchase, then I would be happy to do so. Trust me, PriceRock is not worth it.

Staying clear of PriceRock is advisable. Be warned that they have a policy of no free returns. Not only that, but the quality of their jewelry leaves much to be desired as it is as cheap as it gets. My case looked exactly like the photo, which is not a good thing since it looked nothing like a decent piece of jewelry. I sent it back at my own expense and even tracked the shipment to ensure that it arrived, which it did two weeks prior. Customer service at PriceRock is unresponsive and downright insulting in terms of rudeness. I have contacted them about the refund but to no avail. Their response promised a refund “by early next week” and now it is safe to say they have not kept their end of the bargain since there's no refund in sight. It is utterly egregious that in this day and age of speedy bank exchanges they would still take this long to process a refund. It is better to stay far away from PriceRock if you don't want to be swindled under the guise of jewelry shopping.

So, I came across this online store called PriceRock and, my oh my, what a disaster it turned out to be. I placed an order on the last day of 2020 and up to now, 15 days later, I have yet to receive the item I bought. They gave me this excuse that my shipment couldn't be dispatched to my address because it doesn't match my credit card details. Sounds absurd, right? But wait until you hear more! The worst part of it all is that my credit card company has already made a payment to them on the same day I made the purchase. Yet, until now, no sign of my order being shipped out to me.

I tried to email them for help but got no reply. Their phone line was also out of reach, no matter how many times I tried. I am left with no option but to file a complaint with my credit card company. However, this will only be possible after 30 more days; a period that they require before investigating and taking any action.

This has been a nightmare that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. PriceRock hasn't even bothered to update me on what's going on, let alone trying to fix this issue. It is as if they got my hard-earned money and went to the Bahamas or something. Dear fellow buyers, please don't be tempted to buy anything from this store. It just isn't worth the hassle and frustration!

So, I recently made a purchase on PriceRock.com and received a gold chain that I really wasn't happy with. I followed the instructions for returning the item, sending it back to their office through UPS. However, it's been two months and I haven't received my refund yet. pricerock.com is a legit website man, they got some sweet deals on jewelry and stuff. Prices are fair and ain't no need to break the piggy bank. Nice chan, easy buy but 9 gram short of wat they advertised. really sad cuz i bought it for a gift and now not even the right weight. i dont like when you dont get what you pay for. if i had a return slip, i would have sent it right back. disappointed.

There were so many options to choose from and the prices were very reasonable. I was able to navigate the site easily and found the perfect necklace for my granddaughter.

The ordering process was simple too! I just added the necklace to my cart and checked out. I received a confirmation email right away, which was reassuring.

So I bought this item that cost more than $200 from Pricerock.com and then I returned it using UPS tracking but like, I haven't gotten any response from the company yet. It's kinda shady, you know? I'm starting to think that this might not be a legit company after all and it's freaking me out. I don't wanna be scammed or ripped off, so I'm gonna notify Pay Pal about this problem. But gosh, was I disappointed when I received my order from Pricerock! The chain was advertised at a certain weight but when I weighed it, it was a whopping 8 grams less! And don't even get me started on the "solid" gold claim, it was actually hollow. What a bummer!
