Don't walk away from PriceRock, RUN as fast as you can. This company is nothing more than a scam/fraud company. First RED FLAG,  PriceRock charged my credit card as soon as I placed my order on day one. Nobody charges your credit card until the item has shipped.This was 2/06/24. On 2/13/24 e-mailed  PriceRock twice wanting to cancel my order and asked for a refund. They never responded. 2/14/24 they emailed me that the item had shipped which was a lie. All they did was generated a UPS shipping label and a tracking number. 2/15/24  PriceRock called me wanting to know why I was upset. At this point in time they still have  not shipped the item. UPS confirmed they received a shipping label but never received package. I told  PriceRock I had opened a Fraud case with my credit card company . They asked if I still wanted my item and I asked if I cancel will you refund my money which they said no, you can just get it back from my credit card company. THEY NEVER SHIPPED ITEM. My credit card company did reverse the charges. RUN RUN RUN

So, I was really excited to get a new chain from PriceRock. I placed my order over a week ago and I'm still waiting for it to be processed and shipped. I've tried emailing and messaging them, but I haven't heard back from anyone. I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever get my order. I even paid for expedited shipping, but it seems like that was a waste of money. I'm really disappointed with the service so far.

pricerock.com is a legit website man, they got some sweet deals on jewelry and stuff. Prices are fair and ain't no need to break the piggy bank. Only thing I wish they improve on is having more descriptions about the products. Sometimes I don't know what I'm buying, y'know what I mean? But overall, I'm happy with my purchase and would buy from them again.

Nice chan, easy buy but 9 gram short of wat they advertised. really sad cuz i bought it for a gift and now not even the right weight. i dont like when you dont get what you pay for. if i had a return slip, i would have sent it right back. disappointed.

Eventually, my order arrived, but I wasn't satisfied with the quality of the products. It felt like I had received an imitation version instead of the genuine one. For the price I paid, the products didn't meet my expectation and I wouldn't suggest this site to others.

I stumbled upon PriceRock.com while trying to find some jewelry for my granddaughter's birthday gift. I gotta say, this site is awesome!

There were so many options to choose from and the prices were very reasonable. I was able to navigate the site easily and found the perfect necklace for my granddaughter.

The ordering process was simple too! I just added the necklace to my cart and checked out. I received a confirmation email right away, which was reassuring.

The package arrived in a timely manner and the necklace was even more beautiful in person. I can't wait to see my granddaughter's face when she opens her gift!

I never had any problems with PriceRock, until recently. I am still waiting for a necklace to arrive, which I ordered several weeks ago. Unfortunately, I have not heard anything from the company about this missing item. It's disappointing and frustrating, since I really like shopping on their site and have always received great service in the past. But this experience has left me with some doubts about their reliability. Hopefully, they will resolve this issue soon and keep me as a satisfied customer.

I ain't too happy with PriceRock, ain't no phone number to call them up and it's been 3 whole days since I sent them an email about canceling my order ***. I just need someone to take care of it, ya know what I mean? I'd appreciate it a whole lot. Thanks, man.

So I bought this item that cost more than $200 from Pricerock.com and then I returned it using UPS tracking but like, I haven't gotten any response from the company yet. It's kinda shady, you know? I'm starting to think that this might not be a legit company after all and it's freaking me out. I don't wanna be scammed or ripped off, so I'm gonna notify Pay Pal about this problem. It's just not cool to treat customers like this, you know what I mean?

But gosh, was I disappointed when I received my order from Pricerock! The chain was advertised at a certain weight but when I weighed it, it was a whopping 8 grams less! And don't even get me started on the "solid" gold claim, it was actually hollow. What a bummer!

I will say, the customer service team did eventually discount the price of the chain for me. But honestly, I didn't get what they were advertising at all. It took a whole week just to get a discounted quote, which was a hassle in and of itself.

Overall, my experience with Pricerock was definitely not great. I was excited to receive my new jewelry but unfortunately it didn't live up to my expectations. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this was just a bit too much for me. I don't think I'll be shopping with Pricerock again.

However, I was disappointed to receive a 2.5 millimeter chain instead. I immediately emailed PriceRock to ask for a correction to be made, but they told me that the size I ordered was never going to be available.

It seems that PriceRock puts products on sale only to send a lesser quality item later and hope that the customers won't notice the difference. This felt like a scam to me and I was quite upset. To salvage the situation, I decided to take the chain to a local jeweler. Unfortunately, they confirmed that I had been misled and that I was indeed scammed.
