Global Tel Link Prepaid Services — Customer Service
I have prepaid 25.00 on my long distance account through Global Link and the money is not showing on my account, I have called the customer service number several times and it transfers you to an automatic call back system (NEVER GIVING OPTION TO HOLD) well the automatic system is to call you back within 2 hours or you need to call them again...they have called me back twice now and I have answered both times by the second ring but they have already hung up...This is B.S. I want my 25.00 credited to my account I have paid for it and I want it...the money was put on the account (on my end) on 3-11-09 @ 7:15pm and I have the credit card # that was used if needed however I am not listing the # in this complaint. I should have known something wasnt right when it never repeated my number as it normally does. On top of this we wasted almost 6.00 of the money that was left on the card with hangups due to the correctional facilities broken down ragged pay phones.
