Global Homes Josh smith - home builders

very slow building process
no communication between builder and homeowner
takes any shortcut they can
no supervisor experience
they don't inspect jobs done between contractors
hires cheapest contractor
lies and never answers phone
no return for one year warranty
be warned before your try this builder
